The College Entrance Examination and The Middle School Entrance Examination are directly related to the selection and training of the talents in the New Era of China,which is affects the healthy and orderly development of Higher education and Basic education.In 1977,The recovery of the College Entrance Examination was revival,which led to the recovery of the Enrollment Policy of the Middle School and the whole examination,and the whole field of education radiate a new atmosphere.It can be said that the recovery of the policy of examination and admissions in 1977 is a major historical event and is the key turning point in the change of China’s educational field and social system.The twenty-first rule of the education law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates:The State implements the national education examination system,which is the legal guarantee for the development of China’s Examination and Enrollment Policy.That is an important part of China’s education system.The Entrance Examination and Mid-term Exam are the two major entrance examinations in China,which are different from other types of examination and enrollment.Firstly,The College Entrance Examination and the Mid-term Examination are the main ways of talent selection and training in China.They are the main channel for basic education to transport talents to higher education.Meanwhile,they will also play an important guiding role in the development of basic education.Secondly,there is an inseparable connection between the College Entrance Examination and The Middle school entrance examination.On the one hand,both the system design and the policy implementation are always carried out,and the reform of the Middle School Entrance Examination must be combined with the reform of the College Entrance Examination.On the other hand,both of them serve the goal of our country’s modernization drive to the demand for talent diversification.Therefore,this research takes the historical evolution of the 40 years of the Entrance Examination and the Mid-term Examination Policy recovery as the research content and logical context.Through the systematic analysis and analysis of the historical research perspective,we explore the historical process of the reform and development of China’s Examination and Enrollment Policy in the past 40 years.Based on the three dimensions of historical retrospection,policy content analysis and reality care,this study thoroughly examines the development and evolution ofChina’s Examination and Enrollment Policy in the past 40 years through a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the policy evolution of the National College Entrance Examination and The Entrance Examination.Mainly uses the literature research,historical research and education policy content analysis method,based on the,main line-policy reform policy evolution theme and content features focusing-influencing factors and value analysis of the history and reality of the fusion and thinking-outlook and suggestion,analysis of thinking and explanation of the way.Based on the reality of the situation about The College Entrance Examination,Senior High School Entrance Examination,and the related literatures on both carding review,found valuable research field,then the history of China’s expanding enrollment policy test,necessary for further research on the historical perspective,consolidate history the close combination of accumulation,political,economic and social development and change,In the history of The College Entrance Examination,Senior High School Entrance Examination Policy text was reviewed in detail by examination subjects,examination content,examination form and admission system,summed up the main contents and characteristics of the evolution of the College Entrance Examination,Senior High School Entrance Examination Policy,and then analyzes the influence of the Examination and the evolution of the development of factors and the change of value orientation,and then summarizes the history of College Entrance Examination,Senior High School Entrance Examination policy in 40 years.Finally,it summarizes the historical contributions of the College Entrance Examination and the policy evolution of the Mid-term Examination and makes policy prospects for the New Era and puts forward some suggestions for the reform.This study draws the following important conclusions,Fairness and Scientifics’s of recruiting students is to stick to fundamental reform of Examination and Enrollment Policy,Special and Individualized development policy reform is to promote the all-round development of people must pay attention to people,we must emphasize the universality and uphold the principle of selection,exam enrollment mode from unity to diversity is the inevitable choice of policy innovation the examination and enrollment policy,the standardization and legalization is inevitable.In the past 40 years,the evolution and development of the National College Entrance Examination and The Entrance Examination Policy has made important historical contributions.The College Entrance Examination and The Mid-term Examination have long-term rationality and necessity,and at the same time,the policy reform of the Examination is long-term,complex and arduous.History needs to be restored,and by reviewing history,wisdom and strength can be drawn from it.Through combing and depicting the evolution of China’s College Entrance Examination and Mid-term Examination Policy in the past 40 years,it helps to promote the reform and improvement of China’s College Entrance Examination and Mid-term Examination in the New Era.In view of the current College Entrance Examination and The Senior High School Entrance Examination reform policy situation,appropriate suggestions can be taken include,Promoting the National Examination law,Deepen the Examination and Enrollment Legalization Construction,Expansion of the school autonomy,Promote the selection of recruitment separation and special talents,Promote the remote Examination and Enrollment Policy perfect and padded short board of education,Build a Comprehensive Examination and Classification Comprehensive Evaluation and Multi Admission Examination and Enrollment Policy system,Pay attention to all-round development of students,Take measures to implement the fundamental task of morality education,Based on the adjustment of the personnel structure,Improve recruitment mechanism,Cohesion reform consensus,comprehensive measures to build a long-term mechanism of education for precise poverty alleviation,Build a scientific evaluation standard,improve the comprehensive the quality evaluation system in line with international standards,Reform of Examination and Enrollment Policy and cultivate internationalized talents.
