The psychological quality of the ideological and political education workers is one of the basic research contents of the ideological and political education psychology,which studys psychological phenomenon and laws of science in the process of ideological and political education.Ideological and political education psychology is an important branch of ideological and political education and its direct purpose is to improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of ideological and political education practice.Strong practicality is the vitality of existence and development of the ideological and political education psychology."Higher school counselors occupation ability standards(Provisional)"(2014)pointed out that college counselors are organizers,practitioners and mentors of college students' ideological and political education and daily management work and college counselors is the backbone to carry out college students' ideological and political education.College counselors' psychological quality and ideological and political quality are connect with each other and indispensable,and impact directly on the efficiency of college students'ideological and political education.College counselors' psychological quality is the prerequisite for college students' ideological and political education,and the most important part of college students' ideological and political education.Improve college counselors' psychological quality is one of the main task of the college counselor team construction,and is the important content of college counselors' professionalization and specialization,and is the basic goal of cultivating professional ability and consummating personality of college counselors.In many psychological quality,college counselors' endurance and willpower are particularly important because the ideological and political education work cycle is long,effective slow,difficult and easy to repeated characteristics.The two kinds of psychological quality concentrated reflection on college counselors' career resilience which is one of the most integrated and practical important occupational psychological ability.College counselors ' career resilience is an adaptive process although experiencing serious occupational stress or adversity.The process makes college counselors to get recover quickly and grow actively depending on college counselors' environmental protective factors and their own protective factors and self-adjusting process.The career resilience level of college counselors is related to their professional identity,job adaptation,job performance,and the stability of the instructor team.Study on college counselors' career resilience is of great significance to the construction of the ideological and political education psychology discipline and to the construction of the college counselor team.It also has important theoretical and practical significance to solve the main problems of these two research areas.This research aims to study college counselors' career resilience depending on the combination of theory and empirical research way.There were six research tasks,including the theoretical model,measurement model,evaluation tools,influence mechanism and resilience fostering of college counselors' resilience career.To study empiricalliy the present situation of the development and problems of China's college counselors' professional psychological abilities,the research used the college counselors occupational mental resilience scale based on independent research to survey a large sample of college counselors.The paper discussed some issues related to the career resilience and work adaptability of college counselors,and involved the professional identity,professional commitment,psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior of college counselors' professional psychological qualities.The research explored the complex function relation between many psychological qualities of college counselors through scientific modeling techniques,and developed finally an integrated training model of college counselors' resilience career depending on empirical results of this study.The methods and results of this paper would help expand the breadth and depth of research on the ideological and political education psychology,would enhance the integration and effectiveness of college counselors' training work,and would promote the professionalization and specialization development of China's college counselors.In addition to the introduction and conclusion of the paper,there are five main research tasks:Task one:To develop the measuring tools of college counselors' career resilience(corresponding to the chapter 3).The scale developed by the professional self-regulation theory model of mental toughness,according to the principle of psychometrics and statistics.The college counselors' career resilience scale had the scientific measurement model(included 8 dimensions and 32 items)and the ideal reliability and validity.Task two:To analy the present situation and characteristics of college counselors'career resilience(corresponding to the chapter 4).The study was carried out by large sample survey,involves the 11 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government),more than 30 colleges and universities,1249 counselors,used by the college counselors' career resilience scale.Task three:To analy the present situation and characteristics of college counselors'work adaptability(corresponding to the chapter 5).In order to solve the measurement indicators of college counselors' work adaptability,this paper integrated three professional psychological behavior,including professional commitment,organizational citizenship behavior and job burnout,involving the professional attitude,professional behavior and professional emotion of college counselors' professional psychological quality.Task four:To study the influence of college counselors' career resilience on their job adaptability(corresponding to the chapter 5).The first research task was to examine direct explanatory power of college counselors' career resilience to their work adaptability.The second study task was to construct a mediation model of regulation and to reveal the internal mechanism of college counselors' career resilience to their work adaptability.The study selected two occupation mental abilities of college counselors—the occupation identity and psychological empowerment,which could reflect the autonomy and initiative of their occupation adaptability.The mathematical model established was to reveal how many psychological resources interact and influence college counselors' work adaptability when they confronted with important occupational stress.Task five:To design the resilience training scheme of college counselors(corresponding to the chapter 6).The plan based on empirical research results and integrated the various influence factors of college counselors' career resilience.There were three levels and two ways to develop counselors' career resilience.The former included theoretical orientation,cultivation path and method of cultivation,the latter included individual level and organizational level.The resilience training plan could promote the transformating effectiveness of research results to the practical application,and could provide system and professional theory and practice basis for the cultivation of college counselors' career resilience.
