"Education is the foundation, which is teacher-centered." younguniversity teachers are an important force, key to improve the quality andlevel of higher education and the important human resources of colleges anduniversities’ development.21st century is the era of the rapid development ofknowledge and skills, the mixed culture in different countries or organizations,the fluctuation of economic situation, the increasing advantages of talent.Universities are regarded as the educational institutions of cultivatinghigh-level personnel, the rapid social development and changes are the newchallenges to colleges and universities, which requires colleges anduniversities have a stronger ability to adapt.Highly educated young teachersin colleges and universities in the proportion of teachers increases, they notonly plays an important role in education and research tasks, and need toaddress internal and external professional competition and life stress fromcolleges and universities. Therefore, how to develop and improve theresilience of young university teachers, university administrators need tofocus on the concerned problem.This article aims to explore the psychological resilience in the younguniversity teachers’ professional development, which uses literature, researchand integrated research methods to theoretically study and practically test thecareer resilience of young university teachers. The article firstly analyzescareer resilience of young university teachers in positive psychology,organizational behavior, education and other related disciplines based on theresults of theoretical studies, and learns about the status of young collegeteaching career resilience through interviews and questionnaires to found theoccupational stress of local colleges and universities, such as job, educationlevel. According to the results of theoretical analysis and research, the articlesummarizes the strength of young college teachers’ career resilience of themain factors from the personal, environmental and social impact of differentlevels, including values, personality traits, social support and the environment.
