Chines Martial Arts Teaching:An Embodiment Perspective

For the implementation of the outstanding traditional culture heritage of martial arts teaching in schools,and for the current school martial arts teaching theory,teaching mode of "westernization" phenomenon and the teaching practice,the lack of national traditional culture and the "humanistic care" and other issues,this article USES the literature material,field research,comparative research,system analysis,to philosophy,culture,psychology,pedagogy,sociology and other subjects related knowledge as the theoretical basis,the nationalization of the understanding teaching theory is introduced into the martial arts teaching,to explore the rationality and superiority of martial arts understanding teaching theory,research,the author aims at the localization of martial arts teaching of martial arts teaching theory on reform and development to provide an academic reference,provide some theoretical guidance for martial arts teaching practice.The main conclusions from the research:(1)The word "dao" has a strong national culture color,is based on the philosophical basis of the concept of "one yuan of body and mind",pay attention to "recognize" and "enlightenment",the unity of the combination of a holistic cognitive way of thinking.It is closely related to Chinese martial arts: it is an important part of Chinese martial arts training.Is the way of Chinese martial arts "skill in the way";It is a national way to recognize Chinese martial arts.Through the intuitive understanding of cognitive style of thinking to realize martial arts because of the excellent traditional culture,is the realization of national cultural consciousness,self-confidence,self-improvement,and one of the best way to spread the Chinese culture.(2)The martial arts teaching is a form to connect teaching and fit it to the martial arts culture and martial arts teaching reform demand and developing trend,it is a kind of based on traditional Chinese cultu re "cultivate one's morality" localization of teaching concept or method,to promote youth's all-round development and the inheritance of national culture."Martial arts teaching" can be regarded as a macroscopic education teaching concept or as a micro,c oncrete teaching mode or model.As a kind of teaching concept,"martial arts awareness teaching" is "understanding teaching" concept embodied in the martial arts teaching is a kind of interactive characteristics of martial arts and help promote students co mprehensive development of martial arts teaching ideas,means in the martial arts teaching advocates the return of the humanistic care,pay attention to individual significance,through personal experience and comprehension of martial arts to promote stude nts "turn knowledge into wisdom",the spiritual sublimation,the development of non-intelligence factors and the improvement of comprehensive quality,quality,etc.As a kind of teaching method,"martial arts awareness teaching" means by using various meth ods and means in martial arts teaching,to guide students in understanding learning martial arts,to deepen students understanding of martial arts skills and martial arts theory,cultivate and develop the students' ability of autonomous learning,cognitive thinking ability,innovation ability and the ability of flexible use of for the purpose of teaching activities.(3)The martial arts teaching in thinking and cognition,understanding and tacit knowledge,holistic education,life education and emotional ed ucation based on the theory of "national character","people-oriented,promote person's full scale development","take the student as the main body to learning as the center" and so on essential feature;It with Chinese martial arts "the unity of inside and outside" xingshenjianbei,technical characteristics,fusion,by the advanced "tao" of cultural traits,"means the shape,the unconscious nature" thinking characteristics of deep well;It conforms to the school of martial arts "inheriting the national cul ture,carry forward the national spirit" historical mission,with "people-oriented,promote the all-round development of students","development of students' literacy" accord with the trend of teaching reform.(4)The basic elements of martial arts teachin g include students' subjectivity participation,reasonable contextualization creation and individualized meaning generation.The subjective participation of the teaching of martial arts has highlighted the autonomous consciousness of "human" in teaching,which can be divided into three aspects: behavioral participation,emotional participation and thinking participation.The rational situation creation is the basic element to implement the teaching of martial arts,and it is an important guarantee to realiz e the students' "body" and "enlightenment".The process of wushu realization teaching is a process of seeking the new life of individual culture and realizing the meaning of individual innovation.The process of the meaning generation of the teaching of martial arts includes recognition,transference,understanding,introspection and sublimation.(5)The manifestation of the teaching of martial arts is two aspects: the experience teaching of martial arts techniques and the comprehension teaching of wushu cu lture.The experiential teaching of martial arts is based on the technology and technique of wushu,and the teaching method is developed based on the students' active experience and the two-way experience between teachers and students.Wushu culture compre hension teaching is closely associated with martial arts techniques of experience teaching,is the experience for teachers and students have(including knowledge,skills,experience),on the basis of dominated by teachers,students as the main body,in the martial arts culture as the media,to understanding way of thinking for the tool,guides the student to grasp the meaning of the martial arts culture,promoting the martial arts culture internalized,life and meaning,and ultimately toward realizing stude nts' physical and mental health and all-round development education teaching goal of a way of teaching.(6)The implementation process of wushu awareness teaching includes: to build a bridge connecting cultural life with wushu as the carrier;The teaching situation is the external "catalyst" to promote the student's subjective development;With the thought and traditional culture as the internal "engine",promoting the significance of teaching generation.(7)The principle of constructing the basic paradigm of the teaching of martial arts teaching includes: "inheriting the national culture" is the aim of constructing the basic paradigm of the teaching of wushu.The idea of "middle body west" is the methodological standpoint of constructing the basic paradigm of the teaching of martial arts.The elements of "routine,martial arts,martial arts experience","cultural guidance,understanding learning" and "martial arts accomplishment" are the ontological and epistemological basis of constructing the basic paradi gm of the teaching of martial arts.The linear logic of "base point","path" and "end point" is the logical approach to construct the basic paradigm of the teaching of martial arts.(8)The basic paradigm of martial arts teaching is based on the experience of martial arts,guided by culture and learning as the path,and the end point is the cultivation of martial arts quality.Studies suggest that the martial arts teaching content of the choice is the basis of school wushu teaching reform,routines,skills,and combat into martial arts teaching the should be taken as a whole,routines,skills,combat is to improve the physical health of students,cultivating students' healthy personality,cultivate students Chinese carrier of the spirit;Cultural guidance is an important measure for the transformation of wushu teaching from instrumental to humanistic,and the realization of learning is an important way to generate meaning in the teaching process of wushu.The teaching method of "learning as the center" is the direction of the current reform of wushu teaching;"Martial arts accomplishment can be summarized as" a new era of wushu practitioner of martial arts culture,it not only include martial arts skills training,also including martial arts theory,wushu culture and wushu culture,school martial arts teaching to develop students' accomplishment for the target is the needs of the development of the era development student of martial arts literacy is to realize the integrated embodiment of its school martial arts teaching goal.Finally,Some Suggestions are put forward from the research of the martial arts teaching,it stimulates the vitality of the innovation of the teaching theory;Strengthening the construction of faculty;to deepen the reform of martial arts teaching.
