In recent years,with continuous increase of national economic strength and increasing support of colleges and universities,accompanied by expanding scale and improved condition and ability in universities,the number of graduates from universities is in an increasing trend year by year.The increasing number of college students leads to many problems in hunting jobs including low employment,blindly choosing and job-hopping,etc.Therefore,a study aiming at the intrinsic relevance between college students' employment preferences and employment-related factors,which may assist college students to learn their own cognition and make a rational job choice,presents important practical significance and theoretical value for college students who could finding a long-term job,for easing the risk of choosing employee which employer faces and for sustaining sTab.growth of domestic economy.The study,through the survey of "college students' employment preference and influence factors questionnaire",discussed regressive relationship between employment preferences of college students and influencing factors which combined with theoretical analysis and case study is at illustrating theoretical guidance and recommendations for college students'cognition.rational job choice and how to ease tough employment.The main results are as follows:(1)An college students' employment preference comprehensive index system has been established according to current employment characteristics and job preferences.The system selected and determined job choosing factors by flow experience theory,prefererce theory and structural equation theory.(2)From the perspective of the group of college students,a systematic employment suggestion and guidance has been given based on basic information of interviewed college students.Mentioned suggestion was analyzed and tested by variance analysis.5 dimensions of employment preference factors and sequence relationship including city of the job,wage,scale of the employer,type of employer and position were determined by attribute weighting method,which were linked to distinguished gender,family location and parents'education level,etc.(3)From the point of view of college students' personal preferences,a WOA-LSSVM model was presented and applied to regression forecast analysis for college students'employment preference,which coupling with least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)and whales swarm optimization algorithm(WOA)using quantitative data of college students'employment influence factors.At the same time,a series of custom employment suggestion could be given according to sequence relationship permutation results from 5 dimensions of employment preferences including city,wage,scale of employer,type of employer and position.The study analyzed a set of college students' employment statistic data in Liaoning province and tested effectiveness and feasibility of WOA-LSSVM that applied in prediction of college students' employment preference and sequence relationship analysis of influence factors.The results of the study present vital significance for college students' rational cognition and provide guidance and suggestion for college students' employment.The study could be applied in preference analysis and corresponding influence factors relevance study in other field.
