Purpose:Aimed at providing college athletes a certain theoretical basis for choosing exercises and training load in in power training,this thesis explored the power output of hang power clean and hang high pull.Methods: Apparatus of force plate,motion analysis and Trigno wireless EMG were used in this experiment.Subjects performed the hang high pull and hang power clean with different relative intensities in a random and balanced order.The indicators changes of kinetics,Kinematics and the muscle myoelectric activity were collected.Two-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance and simple effect test were used for data statistics and analysis after the data were collected.Results : 1)except for the system rate of force development,relative intensities had a significant effects on all the indicators including the peak power,peak force,peak velocity etc.2)The training exercises also had significant effect on the velocity related indicators such as peak power,peak velocity and velocity at peak power.3)maximum system power was achieved at 80%1-RM for hang power clean,and 65%1-RM for hang high pull.Maximum bar power output was achieved at?80%1-RM for both of them;4)as the relative load intensity increased,the peak force of both the system and the bar would also increase.The system peak force of hang power clean was lower than hang high pull at 45%1-RM.But at 95%1-RM,the system peak force of hang power clean was bigger than hang high pull;5)the rate of force development of hang power clean at 45%1-RM was significantly lower than 80%1-RM and 95%1-RM;5)Except the system peak velocity was achieved at 65%1-RM,all the peak velocity would decrease as the relative load intensity increase.6)the peak power of the hang power clean was mainly depended on the force,while the peak power of the hang high pull was mainly depended on the velocity;7)The optimal load of the HPC and HHP had strong positive correlation with the strength level of subjects.Conclusion:1)The catch bar phase during weightlifting training could decrease the force development at medium to low relative load intensity.However,it would promote the force development at high relative load.Therefore,pulling derivations couldn't full take place of full movement weightlifting movement;2)Hang high pull with low to moderate training load was suitable for develop the speed strength of college athletes.While the hang power clean with heavy load was good for developing the strength speed;3)Peak power for the bar was achieved at ?80%1-RM for both the hang high pull and the hang power clean.The optimal load for the bar was less affected by the individual characteristics.Peak power of the system was achieved at 80%1-RM and 65%1-RM for the HPC and HHP respectively.And the system optimal load was affected by certain individual differences;4)The optimal load of the HPC and HHP had moderate to strong positive correlation with the strength level of subjects.Therefore,the load intensity should be increased along with the development of strength;5)High hang pull and high power clean with heavy strength could both produce maximal force and stimulate more rapidly neuron muscular activity.In practice,optimal load training should be combined with heavy load so that comprehensive training stimulus could be achieved.
