| In recent years,the Vietnamese government has attached great importance to the development of school education and the school sports work has also been paid attention to.to reflect on the current problems in school sports,it is not enough to solve these problems alone,this research tries to think about the school sports work from the perspective of management system.This research takes the Vietnaoese school sports managemene systems" as the research object,and uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire and other research methods to study the Vietnamese school sports management system.By exploring the Vietnamese school sports management system,this paper explains the problems existing in the organization setting,authority division,operation mechanism,policies.Thg main conclusions of the study are:1.The development of Vietnamese school sports management system consists of two historical stages.The first historical stage is before Vietnam's reform and opening up(1945-1986).the characteristics of the school sports management system in this stage are that the school sports system is not perect,the system is not perfect,and themanagement of school Sports lacks corresponding laws and regulations.The second historical stage is aster Vietrsan's creform and opening up(1986-present)the school sports work in the stag has attracted the attention of relevant departments and has strengthened the construction of school sports policies and regulations.Strengthening the physical education teaching in schools;Actively organize school sports competitions to carry out various extracurricular sports activities.2.Vietnam School Spcorts Management Organization.Vietname's school sports management system is mainly a government system.The national government is the highest administrative agency for school sports management in Vietnam.The specifrl management.work is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Culture,Sports and Tourism.The school sports department is responsible for school sports work in the Ministry of Education and Training.The State Sports General Administration of the Ministry of Culture,Sports and Tourism assists the Ministry of Education and Training in carrying out school sports work.3.Main problems in the school sports management system in Vietnam:Institutional setup is not perfect;management authority is not clear;laws and regulations are not perfect;and school physical education curriculum and methods,school sports activities,school sports equipment and venues,school sports Teacher issues.The development of the school sports management system in Vietnam is mainly influenced by factors such as national political factors,economic factors,cultural concepts,school sports system management reform goals,Vietnam school sports policies iand regulations and other factors.4.Enlightenment from the school sports management system in China on the reform of the school sports management system in Vietnam.Through the research on the management system and types of China's school sports,the following inspirations are drawn:Revelation l:Constructing a school sports management system that integrates government and society;Enlightenment 2:Improving the school sports management system and institutions;Enlightenment 3:Improving school sports policies and regulations;Rcevelation 4:Strengthen the school's internal sports management.5.Vietnam School Sports Management System Reform Suggestions:(1)The concept of school sports management system changes.(2)School sports management system reform objectives.(3)Institutional setup of school.sports management system.(4)The organizational system optimization of school sports management system. |
