This paper analyzes the school layout adjustment policy in education policy from the angle of educational anthropology,taking Ongnud flag layout adjustment as an example.The author expatiates and analyses the present situation of school layout adjustment of Ongnud flag through field survey and collecting the relevant educational data of Ongnud flag,and puts forward his own opinions and suggestions on the existing problems in education policy.Although the adjustment of the school layout is a policy aimed at the situation of fewer students,problems have arisen in the process of downward transmission and implementation due to the differences among different regions,the uniqueness of ethnic minorities and the imbalance between urbanization and development.According to the situation of Ongnud special flag,compared with Han nationality,the distribution of Mongolian nationality is scattered and the population of rural pastoral area is mostly.The adjustment of school layout has a great impact on the mainly Mongolian pastoral areas.The study of school layout adjustment policy is of great significance to the study of education policy and the study of ethnic areas.This article consists of introduction,the implementation of school layout adjustment policy in chapter 1,the analysis of the present situation of school layout adjustment in chapter 2,the reflection on policy in chapter 3,the conclusion,the appendix and the reference literature.The introduction mainly introduces the research purpose and significance,research theory,research status and research methods.The first chapter gives an overview of the status of school layout adjustment in China and the changes now.The second chapter analyzes the present situation,influence and problems of the school layout adjustment of Ongnud flag.The third chapter thinks about the education policy and puts forward some suggestions on the problems in the course of adjusting the school layout.
