13th Five-Year period,the Central Party Committee and the State Council paid high attention to the informatization work.President Xi emphasized "we should actively promote fusion,innovation and development of information technology and education" so as to be suitable for the development of information technology and prompt the creation and innovation of education;we should construct a learning society where everyone can learn everywhere at any time,with network,digital,personal and lifelong education system;we should train a large number of innovation talents to meet the needs of the information society.With information technology widely in-depth development in the field of education,MOOCs,as Massive Open Online Courses,have the characteristics of massive,open and autonomy.The application and promotion of MOOCs had played a huge role in innovating personnel training mode,expanding education resources and promoting education equity.The credit system,as an advanced teaching management system,made a feature of fully respecting student's personal differences;teaching students according to their level;emphasizing students autonomic learning and personal development;reflecting people-oriented education philosophy.Added with flexibility in choosing courses,directivity in the process of learning,mobility in flexible teaching system,broad learning contents,adaptability in the mode of talent training,the credit system gets quick expansion and constant development and improvement,which was adapted by colleges across the world and welcomed by teachers and students.The difficulties in the execution credit's system of private university lie in shortage of teachers and teaching resources.The efficient way to resolve these difficulties is to adopt information method,by means of MOOC,a modern teaching mode.This thesis used literature survey,investigation and interview,case-study methods and network learning.Based on the perspective of MOOC,the credit system scheme in private university has been analyzed systematically and deeply in this paper.The current issues facing credit system implement,like single curricular setup and narrow course coverage;the strength of teachers' group is weak;poor cultivation schedule and poor curriculum setup;basic teaching condition is not enough and management level relatively lags behind;the blindness of taking courses for students and the lack of learning autonomy;incomplete system and lack of security,and so on.In order to resolve these practical questions,MOOC,a new teaching model and learning model,can be used to improve the reform of credit system in private universities.This paper discussed the charateristics of the MOOC and MOOCs' role and influence in the credit reform of private university,pointed out that(1)MOOC provided more high-quality course resources for the credit reform,which promoted the construction of the quality courses;(2)MOOC resolved the question of lack of teachers for the credit reform,which furthered teachers' professional quality;(3)utilizing MOOC for the credit reform has the benefits to the students enjoying quality education resources,which made education more equitable;(4)MOOC is help for stimulating students' interests and keeping high motivation,which can be conductive to promoting credit reform.This paper generalized three patterns for implementing credit reform by MOOC in private universities:1)self-help courses + courses certificate authentication mode;2)course option on the third-party course platform + school credit authentication mode;3)course option on university union course platform + universities credit mutual recognition mode.Taking the example of D university,the author designed the private university credit system scheme based on MOOC,which summarized,concluded and refined the practice and exploration of course option on the third-party course platform + school credit authentication mode run out in some universities,rose it to the theory altitude,with the purpose of offering references to private universities'credit system reform based on MOOC.The original personnel training program was adjusted to reduce the proportion of required courses,to raise the proportion of elective course.The high-quality and richly elective courses of MOOC general education improving comprehensive quality have replaced some former narrow and poor transdisciplinary selective courses.Meanwhile,credit management and charge system has been designed.In order to implement credit system scheme in private university successfully,the paper discussed the guarantee strategies of the scheme,which included expenditure guarantee,institutional guarantee,after service and management guarantee like network and so on.The innovations of this study embody in the following areas:(1)the perspective on innovation.The study of private university credit system scheme design used MOOC,an advanced teaching concept,as an enter point,which constructed a new model and path of private university credit system reform,and opened a new horizon for exploring new ways to reform.(2)content innovation.This paper,supported by Er Ya platform in general education,designed credit system schemes based on MOOC for private universities,which of pioneering significance to innovate education mode and personnel training mode private university.(3)innovation in method.Applied web-based learning method,this paper designed MOOC courses according to the characteristic of web-based learning,emphasizing on students' learning extensity,interactivity,freedom and best service,thus demonstrated the superiority of the credit system scheme.This study has positive effect on deepening credit system reform,accelerating the change of talent cultivating model,advancing the modernization of governance system and promoting students' individualized development in private university.
