Studies On Physical Education Curriculum Innovation Of Jiangxi Colleges And Universities In Credit Based System

The advancement of quality education urges that the credit based system of colleges and universities in our country bring into effect. With the direction of Compendium of Teaching Instruction of Physical Education Curriculum for National Colleges and Universities, the innovation of the PE courses to credit based system in Jiangxi colleges and universities has been the trend, while the credit based system is prevailing in Jiangxi provinceThis paper take the present situation of PE courses in five universities of Jiangxi province—Nanchang University, East China Jiaotong University, Jiangxi University of Finance & Economics, Jiangxi Science & Technology Normal University, Jiangxi Normal University—as research objects, study the present situation of college PE courses under the credit based system in five colleges and universities in Jiangxi province with the means of literature, questionnaire, accessing experts, statistics, and try to put forward some advice on the innovation of college PE courses, after analyzing the restricted factors in Jiangxi province.The author consider that the innovation of college PE courses under the credit based system in Jiangxi province still in the inchoate phase. There's a long road to establish the PE courses module system, graded teaching and flexible elective system. This paper put forward that the core of the credit based system is student's development, reduce the required course, increase the elective course, and establish multidimensional PE course system. Accelerating the innovation of the credit based system of PE courses in Jiangxi province from both improving teachers and ameliorating the gymnasium.
