The credit-based system and an elective system produced in the 18 th and 19 th century Europe and the United States.The credit-based system to measure student's academic completion,as an advanced teaching management system.It content advantage such as people-oriented philosophy of education,teaching students in accordance with their ability and focus on the development of students' personality,which is well received by many countries around the world.China is one of the countries in the world which has early carry out the credit-based system.However,the credit-based system is not smooth in the development of our country.With the reform and opening up,the credit-based system has made considerable progress and development.But the system in our country adopted the model of a mixture of the academic system and the credit system,which is not the credit-based system in its true sense.For the whole of the credit system in our country,the development process to make a brief clarify.The thesis analyzes the restricted factors of the credit-based system and puts forward some measures to reform the credit system according to the present situation in our country and university,which is the emphasis of this thesis.Improve the development of the credit-based system in our country.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.The main content includes the background of the topic,purpose,significance of the research,studies both home and abroad,research content and method.The second part discusses the related concept of the credit-based system basis by adopting literature study method.The credit-based system is on the basis of the socialist theory,human capital theory,and the theory of constructivism education theory.The third part provides an analysis of the current situations of the credit-based system adaptation in foreign countries including The United States,Japan,Germany and the UK in several countries.To introduce the successful experiences of other developed countries,we can gain a large deal of enlightenment from it,including the development of student's personality,the necessity of course selection system and the tutorial system should be improved.The fourth part is to make a brief clarify the whole development process of the credit-based system in our country to view the original history and development of the credit system in China.This part also introduces the necessity and the situations of the credit-based system adoption in the context.To make a clarify of the credit-based system of the S university,and to make a detail analysis.The fifth part,according to the current situations of China for further developing the credit-based system,we should give some improvement countermeasures to perfect it.Mainly includes the transformation of China's traditional education concept;Improve the policy system of our country;To strengthen the credit-based system of teaching management measures;To strengthen the construction of campus network,making the scientific of the teaching management;Finally,to improve college teaching quality monitoring system.
