The Research Of Korean Taekowndo-jang Commercial Operation Model

Taekwondo has been favorably welcomed so long by my the mass public because of its function of self protection,health care,education and so on.together with the improvement of public's living condition and income,the reason for people learning Taekwondo is becoming more various and extensive from the traditional method of self defense of training.Notwithstanding the success and affection that Taekwondo has brought from public,the present Taekwondo-jang has some problems with its business commercialization including its education curriculum system management system and facility foundation and so on.On this base,this research has conducted empirical analysis,quantitative analysis to define characteristic of Korean Taekwondo-jang including source of funds,Taekwondo belt class sequence,advertisement activity and education training process and so on.and this research discussed the international development of Korean Taekwondo and its origin;the number of trainees in Korean Taekwondo-jang in each province,registration fee for classes,present condition of corporate right and so on.By using SWOT analysis method,this research analyzed the strength,weakness,and opportunity and threat of Korean Taekwondo-jang's international development.And it also used Structural equation model and hierarchical model to analyze corporate governance structure of Korean Taekwondo-jang to give guidance for Chinese Taekwondo-jang.The creativeness point of this thesis1.This thesis took a combination of quantitative and qualitative method in analyzing Korean Taekwondo-jang's specialty,development context.qualitative method is used In order to conduct an empirical study of Taekwondo-jang's business commercialization model.2.Developed an influence factor for corporate governance structure and verification of measurement reliability and validity set an evaluation index of Taekwondo-jang's exam system and grade rating system.3.Through deep Analysis of Korean Taekwondo-jang's business commercialization model,this research can give implication for the development of Korean Taekwondo-jang.
