In this paper,the status quo of 20 taekwondo museums in Chengdu is studied in this paper.The theoretical analysis and interpretation of this paper are carried out by using relevant theories.By means of literature,field investigation and mathematical statistics,Chengdu Taekwondo Museum investigation and research,the main investigation of the Taekwondo Museum in Chengdu,the size of the size of the teacher,the status quo and the management of students,and further analysis of the problems there,to explore the solution to the problem,and give Related recommendations.The results show that:(1)At present,the scale of Chengdu Taekwondo Hall is relatively small,the equipment is also relatively simple,due to different regions,the Taekwondo Hall did not form a uniform fee;each Taekwondo Hall teaching content is also more concentrated For the potential and competitive combat,entertainment and innovation is relatively small.(2)Chengdu Taekwondo coaches staff with less,there part of part-time,and part-time coaches larger mobility,coaches of the technical level is relatively high,education level is mainly concentrated in the undergraduate level,in the coaches training And referee training are relatively lacking.(3)Chengdu Taekwondo management staff background similar to the coaches,mainly in the undergraduate level,taekwondo professional and related professional proportion of the high proportion,there are some non-related professional management personnel there are related deficiencies,For the development of Taekwondo Museum is undoubtedly a disadvantage.(4)Chengdu Taekwondo Museum students mainly 7 to 17-year-old primary and secondary school students mainly middle-aged and above the crowd almost no,while the students among the boys,adhere to practice more than three years the proportion of students Low,the purpose of participating in taekwondo practice is also different.(5)in the management,the current Taoyuan Museum in Chengdu business model is relativelysimple,in accordance with the traditional means of enrollment and training mode of operation,the operation method is relatively simple.At present,there is no system to form a mature management system.Taekwondo training institutions in order to get long-term development must have a teaching philosophy.The idea of teaching is the soul of the future development of this training institution.The advanced teaching idea which can conform to the trend of the times is also the inherent driving force for their rapid development and sustainable development.The development of Taekwondo training institutions must establish the "people-oriented",So that each ordinary staff to participate in the school incremental profit distribution,to mobilize the enthusiasm of each employee.Advocating the value of Taekwondo culture,taekwondo spiritual culture construction is a Taekwondo Museum of the soul,it is able to nurture the profit for the Taekwondo Hall.
