| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the extension of the "One Belt and One Road" policy,the demand for international business professionals has further increased,and the phenomenon of "shortage of skilled workers" and the lack of skilled talents has gradually emerged.Secondary vocational schools play an important role in training skilled talents and national front-line technical personnel.For this reason,it is of great significance to promote the development of vocational and technical education.In addition,the survival and development of secondary vocational schools are inseparable from the participation of enterprises.Enterprises should participate in the training of vocational education skilled talents and provide them with guidance and advice.This article mainly takes both schools and enterprises as the main body,cuts in from the course connection,according to the docking requirements,conducts research on the course connection of international business majors in secondary vocational colleges,analyzes the problems and reasons in depth,and proposes targeted optimization paths,taking expectations as Promote the effective connection between the professional courses of secondary vocational international business and enterprises to provide references and opinions.This study intends to use the index evaluation method,the Delphi method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to study the connection of secondary vocational international business professional courses based on school-enterprise cooperation.First,from the school’s perspective,the evaluation index is constructed based on the Taylor principle and the four dimensions of the CIPP model,and after reasonable weighting,a reasonable evaluation method is selected and the evaluation subject applies an index system.Secondly,starting from the corporate perspective,using questionnaire surveys and interviews to analyze the problems existing in the course connection between the school and the enterprise,and to summarize the problems and analyze the reasons for the above-mentioned research.The main purpose of the research is to try to expand and deepen the research of curriculum convergence,to help improve the connection between the training of secondary vocational schools’ international business professional courses and the needs of enterprises,and to promote the win-win situation between schools and enterprises.This article specifically starts from the dimension of curriculum connection,takes Qingdao’s secondary vocational schools and their cooperative enterprises that participate in school-enterprise cooperation and offers international business majors as the research object,and investigates the situation of school-enterprise curriculum connection.This research mainly starts from the following six parts: Chapter One is the introduction,which states the background and significance of the topic.The reason for choosing this topic under the new development background,and the significance of studying this topic,while reviewing the relevant literature,and digging out innovations on this basis.The second chapter is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of the development of international business courses in secondary vocational colleges participating in school-enterprise cooperation.Introduce the development history and characteristics of the connection of international business professional courses in secondary vocational colleges.The fourth chapter conducts an empirical research on the course connection of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational colleges.Taking Qingdao secondary vocational college as the empirical research object,it mainly conducts research on the school-enterprise curriculum connection from two perspectives of school and enterprise.The index evaluation method is adopted from the school’s perspective to evaluate the effect of curriculum convergence through the construction and application of an index system.From the corporate perspective,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate and analyze the reasons,and finally summarize the problems.The fifth chapter is the optimized path of the connection of the secondary vocational international business professional courses based on the school-enterprise cooperation.From the guidance of national policies and the promotion of corporate practice,the school aims to focus on three aspects to optimize the path of the secondary vocational international business professional curriculum based on school-enterprise cooperation.Finally,summarize the research and give prospects for future research in this area. |
