The Study On The Values Of Transferred Agricultural Population In The Context Of New Urbanization

At present,urbanization has entered the human-centered new urbanization construction stage.The citizenization of agricultural migrant population has become the primary task and key point in the construction of new urbanization.The adaptation and remodeling of values is the key issue to realize its citizenization,and also the important task to realize the people-centered new urbanization.New urbanization has not only accelerated the urbanization of agricultural migrant population,but also promoted the important changes in the values of this group.New urbanization is in the"left-right struggle"between the traditional and modern value system,presenting the contradiction and conflict between"township"and "city",and urgently needs to reshape the value concept suitable for citizenization,so as to help solve the dilemma of citizenization,promote its better integration into the city,and truly realize citizenization.This study focuses on the citizenization of agricultural migrant population in the context of new urbanization construction,and conducts a systematic study on the remodeling and transformation of the values of agricultural migrant population.Based on the basic research,it discusses the issues related to citizenization of agricultural migrant population under the background of new urbanization.From the perspective of historical research,it traces back the historical process of citizenization of agricultural migrant population,analyzes its historical inevitability of citizenization and the change of values.From the perspective of current research,it comprehensively understands the current status of values in the process of citizenization of agricultural migrant population through investigation and interview,and analyzes the existing problems and stage characteristics of citizenization of values.In this paper,by means of comprehensive induction and empirical investigation,the factors affecting the citizenization of values of agricultural migrant population are comprehensively discussed,and the objectives,principles,paths and specific countermeasures for the reconstruction and transformation of their values are explored.It holds that the change of values in the process of citizenization originates from the change process from rural to urban life,and is formed under the social background of the rapid development of new urbanization construction in China.It is doomed that their values can only coordinate and coexist with modern cities through remodeling and transformation in the process of citizenization.To promote the remolding and transformation of the values of the migrant population,and to construct the values that are suitable for modern urban life and consistent with the citizenship identity,is not only the need to re-socialize themselves into urban life,but also the need to promote the construction of urban social integration mechanism.The process is restricted by multiple factors,and it is a systematic project with extensive participation of the government,society and various social organizations.Based on this,it comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors of citizenization of their values from the aspects of social modernization and new urbanization,urban and rural economic transformation and development,national macro policy system,social psychological culture and their own quality and ability.It also puts forward the level objectives,main principles and contents of remodeling and transformation,and proposes to construct a countermeasure system that supports from the cultivation of subject consciousness to the guarantee of policy system to the support of environment.
