The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly defines the"improvement of the quality of higher education"as the core task of China's higher education development. As the quality assessment of higher education shifts from external factors such as reputation and resources to the study and development of students, the outcomes of college students'learning have become the core content of higher education quality assessment. Therefore, study the path of improving the learning outcomes of college students can more clearly reveal the process of the formation of higher education quality and provide a theoretical basis for higher education practice,so that higher education institutions can better play the role of personnel training. This study takes the learning outcomes of college students as the research subject, and builds the analytical framework of the influence of classroom environment on college students'learning outcomes based on the theory of student development, the influence model of colleges and the theory of ecosystem. This study explains the mediating role of learning engagement in the relationship between classroom environment and college students' learning outcomes. It also develops and designs research questionnaires.Based on the results of data analysis,it reveals the mediating effect of learning engagement in the relationship between classroom environment and college students' learning outcomes, and then promotes educational and teaching suggestions for college students'learning outcomes.Firstly,an analytical framework for the influence of the classroom environment perceived by students on the learning outcomes of college students is constructed.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of college students' learning outcomes,it proposes that students'perceived classroom environment and learning engagement are important factors in predicting college students' learning outcomes, and tries to establish a bridge between classroom environment and learning engagement. This study makes a theoretical interpretation of the relationship between classroom environment, learning engagement and college students'learning outcomes.Based on the relationship between the three, the model of the influence of classroom environment on the learning outcomes is established, and the research hypothesis is proposed.Secondly, the study divides the classroom environment into three dimensions:teaching preparation, teaching support, and regulation teaching, divides learning engagement into three dimensions:cognitive engagement, emotional engagement and behavioral engagement;divides the college students'learning outcomes into three dimensions:knowledge acquisition, cognitive thinking and organizational expression. Then on this basis, the questionnaire is developed and designed.Through the questionnaire survey, the basic characteristics of classroom environment, learning engagement and learning outcomes are analyzed, and the mediating role of learning engagement in the relationship between classroom environment and learning outcomes is quantitatively tested by establish a structural equation model of the relationship among the three.By analyzing the influence path of the variables,it reveals that the classroom environment acts on emotional engagement first, and then enhances cognitive and behavioral engagement through the role of emotional engagement, which in turn affects the mechanism of learning outcomes of college students. Finally, based on theoretical analysis and empirical research results, the study proposes suggestions for improving college students' learning outcomes such as full teaching preparation, diverse teaching support, scientific teaching regulation, promoting students' learning engagement, and systematic external support.
