Classroom learning environment in secondary vocational school is one of the basic elements of secondary vocational education activities.It's the first situation for secondary vocational school students to gain knowledge and skills.It's also a specific field where all teaching activities are carried out and implemented.Based on the theories of environmental behavior and phenomenology,this research adopts a hybrid approach to form a measurement tool with good reliability and validity,which is based on literature analysis,in-depth interview and action observation.First of all,the structure of classroom learning environment perceived by secondary vocational students includes the three dimensions of physical environment,psychological environment and institutional environment.This is a miniature social ecological system.Secondly,the perceived status of secondary vocational school students generally shows a good trend in the current classroom learning environment,but there still have obviously group differences.Under the conditions of different gender,grade,source,academic record and other conditions,there is a big difference in perception of classroom learning environment among secondary vocational school students.Thirdly,the classroom learning environment perceived by secondary vocational students is closely related to their learning behavior.According to the results of the analysis,secondary vocational students' perception of classroom learning environment can explain a total of 64.1%of their learning behavior variation.According to the interviews,it is found that the learning environment affects the learning behavior in a subtle way,playing an increasingly important role in the learning process of secondary vocational students.Last but not the least,the classroom environment governance in secondary vocational schools needs to be strengthened.Although many secondary vocational schools in the wave of reform and development of vocational education on the classroom learning environment has improved,there are still many problems such as the separation of the physical environment and the psychological environment,the disharmony between the psychological environment and the institutional environment.This research emphasizes to coordinate the three major structures of the classroom learning environment from a global perspective,and achieve the harmonious development of the classroom learning environment as a whole.Designing an occupational teaching situation,creating a dynamic and orderly learning model,creating an interactive learning environment for teachers and students,and conducting practical classroom activities are important measures to improve the classroom learning environment in vocational schools.These measures are also conducive to vocational schools as soon as possible to achieve the quality of personnel training objectives.
