Innovation is the core driving force of national development,the main component of core literacy,and the essential goal of teaching reform.How to cultivate the innovative quality of children and adolescents is the most important problem faced by dominant education field.To solve the this problem,this study reviewed the exsisting theories and researches;built the model for the innovative quality cultivation of junior high school students based on the literature review;investigated the current status of innovation quality cultivation with related questionnaires and scales;designed educational experiment to cultivate the innovation quality of junior high school students and analyzed the result;finally concluded some useful experience of innovative quality cultivation of junior high school students.This study could be divided into three parts:theoretical exploration,investigation for current status of innovation quality cultivation and educational experimental research.The first part is the theoretical exploration.the main purpose of the theoretical exploration part is to construct a model for innovative quality cultivation of junior high school students.Through the literature review,based on the creative systems theory and education ecology theory,we construct a model including factors of environment,education content,and teachers which influence the innovative quality cultivation of junior high school students.The environmental factors mainly refer the creative classroom environment which affects students and the creative campus environment which affects teachers.The education content mainly refers the curriculum structure and the teacher factors mainly refer the creative teaching behavior of teachers and their innovative quality,innovative ideas,etc.which influence their creative teaching behaviors.The relationship between these factors is as follows:The curriculum is the carrier of the innovative quality training which is in a basic position.The curriculum directly affects the students' innovation quality,and the teacher's creative teaching affects this training effect.The creative classroom environment affects the students'creative quality.The innovation environment affects teachers'creative teaching which further affects the students' innovative quality.The second part is the current status of innovation quality cultivation.Status Investigation was conducted to know the current situation of the innovative quality training,including environmental factors,teachers' creative concept and teaching methods,students' creative thinking ability and creative personality.The results show that:first,the level of students' creative thinking is unbalanced in different dimensions Second,most junior high school students have a middle-upper level of creative personality,but there are also deficiencies in self-confidence,skepticism and persistence Third,the school's innovative environment is in the middle-upper level,but there are still problems such as absolute authority of teachers,insufficient space for extra-curricular activities and low utilization rate of resources.Fourth,there is greater deviation between teachers' preference for student characteristics and creative student characteristics,indicating that the concept of teacher creativity training needs to be improvedThe third part is the educational experiment.Educational experiment is based on the results of the model construction and the status investigation.It is divided into two parts:the intervention program in the educational experiment and its effectFirstly,the interventions approaches in the educational experiment include:first,the implementation of the "Learn to Think" course.Based on previous experience and the experimental school's own features,a teaching mode of "Professional training,teachers learning,collective micro-seminar pesearch preparation,course implementation,peer observation,peer communication,education research,implementation in other subjects" was conducted.Second,create a creative campus environment,including the principal established a modern education concept,teachers deepen understanding of the concept of running a school,the school strengthens democratic management systems,and innovates campus cultural etc.Third,creates a creative classroom environment,in terms of teachers' teaching philosophy,resource utilization,questioning,encouraging,group activities,developing evaluation methods,and teaching monitoring.Fourth,innovation cultivation of teachers.A training model of"theory learning,case analysis,situational simulation,self-reflection,and behavior feedback" has been formed.Teachers have conducted training on teaching knowledge,teaching ability,subject teaching,etc.After three years of training,the innovation quality and creative teaching behavior of teachers have great growthSecondly,the educational experiment effect of innovative quality cultivation of junior high school students was tested.After experimental design and data collection,researcher use repeated measures analysis of variance,organization model analysis and multiple linear regression model analysis to analyze the data.Results shows that:first,both "Learn to Think" and the creative classroom environment have impacts on students' creative thinking,and the former has a greater impact.Second,both "Learn to Think" and the creative classroom environment have impacts on students' creative personality,and the latter has a greater impact.Which means the "Learn to Think course mainly influences students'creative thinking,while the creative classroom environment mainly affects students' creative personality.Third,the teachers' creative teaching behavior has significant influence both on creative thinking and creative personality.This research draws the conclusion that the students' innovation quality cultivation is a systematic project that is affected by many factors such as environment,curriculum,and teachers via methods of theoretical exploration,current situation investigation and educational experiment research.Innovation quality cultivation model of junior high school students' has been built and verified,which can give some guidance to further research on the innovation quality training of students.
