Research On The Amenity Migration Based Rural Gentrificationin Panyang River Basin,Bama County,Guangxi

The migration to a destination with amentiy natural environment or prominent human environment for seasonal tourism and long-term living in order to seek a better life is defined as amenity immigration,which between tourism and migration,is a new life style and mobility phenomenon.The scientific issues on amentiy immigrants "better life practice in mobility" and its impact on the development and change of rural social space,are different from general tourism and traditional immigration,which need to be solved urgently in human geography for lacking of systematic explanation and theoretical research.This paper researches amentiy immigrants’ everyday life practice,reveals the evolution process,types,characteristics,formation mechanism,effect regulation of small-scale geospatial amenity migration based rural gentrification in Panyang River Basin,Bama county,guangxi,which can improve the regional systemicity of both immigration and rural gentrification theoretical research,and be better understand the trajectory of rural social spatial change driven by amenity immigration of micro-geographic scale,as well as provide Chinese context to revealing the rule of rural gentrification under the global lifestyle flowing background.This research takes the grounded theory method to guide the data collection and coding analysis,clarifies two key concepts of amenity immigration and rural gentrification based on the literature review of relevant theories,then puts forward “how the amenity immigration lead to the change of rural social space”as the academic issue.The field investigation,literature analysis and Arc GIS spatial analysis are synthesize used to obtain and analyze data from various sources,and then put forward the "human life"(the amentiy immigrants’ characteristics,everyday life and living space practice)--the "land" change(the temporal and spatial characteristics of amenity migration based rural gentrification)--the "human and land" interactive relationship(the formation mechanism,influence effect and effect regulation of amenity migration based rural gentrification)as the main research line from a comprehensive perspective of space-time development and human-land relationship,to construct an interpretative theoretical framework of “three main lines,three major questions and six contents” of amenity migration based rural gentrification,the conclusions are as following:(1)The subject analysis of amenity immigrants,amenity immigrants living in Panyang River Basin are mainly retired people with characteristics of middle class in occupation,education and wealth,who aim to achieve a healthier and better life,mainly manifest as seasonal tourism and long-term living,showing the characteristics of transition from "tourism" to "everyday life practice".The amenity immigrants are gradually divided into four types,such as seasonal tourists,long-term healthy immigrants,lifestyle-oriented entrepreneur immigrants,and vacation immigrants.(2)The amenity immigrants’ everyday life practice and community.The amenity immigrants gathered spontaneously,tend to do everyday life space practice near their homes and scenic spots.Four types of amenity immigrant communities have gradually formed accompanied by their habitation and living space practice,which including original longevity villages,commercial and living neighborhoods,pastoral resorts and high-end healthy district.It shows the development transtituion from the embedded and integrated into the host living space to the enclave amenity immigrant living space.(3)The stage characteristics of amenity immigration based rural gentrification.The amenity immigration based rural gentrification are jointly represented by the reconstruction and transformation of rural population structure,residential type and structure,economic format and industrial structure,landscape and facilitie,as well as culture space and community governance.The dynamic and diversified trend of amenity migration based rural gentrification is presented with the process of sorting out the background and context of the amenity migration in Panyang River Basin,while the spatial characteristics of amenity migration based rural gentrification “from scattered point to mass expansion”are also mapped.The amenity migration based rural gentrification in Panyang River Basinhas gone through three stages.In the germination stage,a bottom-up development path has been formed,which produces scattered gentrificationed social living spaces.In the growth stage,a bottom-up and top-down development path is developed to produce a multi-scattered and clumpy juxtaposed social living space.In the development stage,the top-bottom development path dominantes the rural gentrification,the more gathering gentrification social space are gradually formed.(4)The spatial pattern of amenity migration based rural gentrification.This paper measures and analyzes the development level of amenity migration based rural gentrification in Panyang River Basinby establishing the evaluation system of the development level of amenity migration based rural gentrification and taking the amenity immigrants community(village/street/community)as the unit.The levels of amenity migration based rural gentrificationin Panyang River Basin have obvious differentiation which corresponds to its development stage,the immigrant community type and micro-geographicallocation,and also presents the spatial characteristics of agglomeration and heterogeneity.(5)The formation mechanism of amenity migration based rural gentrification.This paper taking the push-pull,demand supply and stakeholders as the theoretical prisms to reveal formation mechanism of the amenity migration based rural gentrification,which is the result of the jointly construct,exchange and coordinate of multiple forces.The push-pull force of urban and rural background environment mainly affects the phenomenon of amenity migration;the demand-supply factor in the local area mainly affects the diversified development of amenity migration based rural gentrification;the stakeholder action mainly acts on the differences of amenity migration based rural gentrification in stages,types and geospatial pattern.The three mechanisms coexist and jointly influence amenity migration based rural gentrification.(6)The influence effect and control strategy of amenity migration based rural gentrification.The amenity migration based rural gentrification brings comprehensive influence effects to the deatination,on one hand,the amenity migration based rural gentrification is helpful to realize the "rent gap" of resources and environment,promote the growth of resident population in rural areas,promote rural economic revival,improve community well-being,as well as bring vitality to ruaral devolepment;on the other hand,it also brings about the negative effectives such as negative image of "cancer village",environmental degradation,conflicts in living space,and "de-localization" of longevity culture.We should adhere to the concept of "overall development,symbiosis and co-prosperity,host and guest co-governance,environmental care",and put forward adjusting measures according to local conditions and circumstances,then guide the amenity immigrants’ healthier and better live practice and the harmonious development of rural social space.
