Language is the symbol of human beings as a means of communication,Is the means by which humans form and express ideas.Teaching is a special communicative activity between teachers and students,which aims at promoting the physical and mental development of human beings and takes the interaction between teaching and learning as the mechanism and mode of existence.There is a natural connection between language and teaching.This natural connection is established by the teaching language.The teaching language is a language symbol system that exists in the teaching relationship for teaching communication to promote the development of students.Studying teaching language is the need of deepening teaching theory research and improving teaching quality.The analysis of the teaching language's educational nature from the perspective of functionalism has the consistency of internal logic,which can realize the unification of the form and content of teaching language research,the unity of reality and necessity,and the unity of theory and practice,and is the feasible way to deepen the research of teaching language.This study is divided into five chapters,explaining “teachers with educational literacy how to use teaching language to achieve good teaching results”.The first chapter explains that educational nature is the fundamental characteristic of teaching language.From the perspective of functionalism,teaching language is a language existing in teaching relationship and a tool of teaching communication.The educational nature is the fundamental characteristic of education,which is the unity of sociality and development,of regularity and purpose,of value criterion and practical effect.The educational nature is the integration of thesynergy of educational purpose,the standardization of educational process and the development of educational effect.The genuine teaching always has educational nature.Teaching language is not only a tool of teaching communication,but also constituting teaching ontology.The educational nature is the fundamental characteristic of teaching language and the integration of value presupposition and function of teaching language.The second chapter explains the value presupposition of the teaching language's educational nature.The genuine teaching “is an ethical activity based on science and art.”It is “to be good,to be truthful,to be beautiful”,It is ethical,scientific and artistic.The teaching language is not only the teaching tool,but also the teaching itself.Teaching language should conform to the presupposition of teaching value if it wants to be educational nature,that is,“to be kind,to seek truth and to pursue beauty”.They are shown as the ethical,scientific and artistry of teaching language.Scientific is the foundation of teaching language's educational nature,ethical is the soul of teaching language's educational nature,and artistry can enhance the expressive force of teaching language's educational nature.Conforming to the value presupposition of teaching is the basic premise of the educational nature of teaching language.The third chapter,based on the logic of things,takes the realization process of teaching language's educational nature as the clue,explains the standard of the function realization of teaching language ' s educational nature.First of all,the construction of teaching relationship is the precondition for teaching language to realize its educational nature.Teachers and students are a kind of qualification and the subject of constructing teaching relationship.Under the coordination of the teaching purpose,the interaction between teachers and studentsconstructs the teaching relationship and makes the teaching language itself.Therefore,the construction of teaching relationship is the precondition for teaching language to be educational nature.Secondly,the formation of teaching communication is the process standard of teaching language to achieve its educational nature.Forming teaching communication is the process of realizing teaching language's educational nature.The key to form teaching communication is to realize the psychological communication between teachers and students.The formation of teaching communication depends on the development of teaching dialogue.Finally,realize the purpose of teaching is the resultant standard of teaching language.Achieving the purpose of teaching is the symbol of the generation of educational reality.The fundamental purpose of teaching is to promote the development of students.In the process of teaching communication,teaching language promotes the development of students,realizes its educational function,and shows its educational nature.The fourth chapter analyzes the mechanism of teaching language function realization.From the perspective of functionalism,the factors that restrict the realization of the function of teaching language are teaching purpose,teachers and teaching context.Teachers are not only“creators”of teaching language,but also“users ”of teaching language,Its conditions and principles of speaking directly determine the realization of the function of teaching language.Teacher's educational nature literacy constitutes the teacher's speaking conditions.Teachers should follow the principles of speech,including the principles of adaptation,cooperation and appropriateness.Teaching context is another important constraint for teaching language to achieve its function,it restricts the process of semantic generation,expression and understanding of the teaching language.Students are the most importantcontextual factor.Semantic generation is the starting point for the realization of the teaching language function;Semantic expression is the process of realizing the function of teaching language;Semantic comprehension is the ultimate guarantee for the realization of the function of teaching language.The fifth chapter discusses the strategies to improve the educational nature of teaching language.The educational literacy of teachers is the fundamental factor determining the educational nature of teaching language.Improving teachers' educational literacy is the fundamental strategy to improve the educational nature of teaching language.Therefore,teachers should form good educational thinking,possess abundant educational knowledge,possess excellent educational ability,establish firm educational beliefs and cultivate accessible educational wisdom.Secondly,teachers' speaking conditions should be improved,that is,the premise of speaking should be established,the purpose of speaking should be clarified,the content of teaching language should be carefully prepared,and the style of teaching language should be formed.Finally,the expression of teaching language should be improved,that is,the basic principles of expression should be followed and rich expression skills should be mastered.
