From the realistic background of putting forward the scientific view of development and the increasing frequency of cultural communication after China's entry into WTO, the theoretic background of the view of human nature in educational administration being of significance while lacking in related research, and the author's own study background, this paper selects the 'the view on human nature' as the starting point in studying the issues of educational administration, for the purpose of speeding up the basic theoretic construction of educational administration, resolving the some specified problems existed in the practice of educational administration in our country, and satisfying the needs of the author's own research. And this study mainly adopts documentary retrieval approach, on the whole, following the principle of combining theory with practice, integrating history with logic.The main body of this thesis consists of four parts.In Part One, we mainly discuss the background, objective, questions, significance, train of thought, and approach to this research, and define some basic concepts as well.Part Two is concerned with the reflection of human nature theory in educational administration in China and the western world, which mainly combs horizontally the human nature theory in educational administration in traditional Chinese culture and the modern western world, through investigating the relationship between various schools of human nature theory and their thought of educational administration during pre-Qin times to the early years of Han Dynasty, and the basis of the view on human nature in educational administration in the western history, we bring to light the essence of the relationship between the view on human nature and the theory of educational administration; in the mean time, we make a comparative analysis of the difference and connections between Chinese and western human nature theory.Part Three longitudinally deals with the basis of the view on human nature containing in the practice of educational administration since the founding of our People's Republic, and analyze the problems occurred in it.Finally, in Part Four, we explore and construct a new theory of educational administration which combines the strong points of Chinese and western human nature theory in educational administration, and helps guide the current practice of educational administration in our country, namely, yin-yang harmonious educational administration.A conclusion provided by the author is: the view on human nature is the prerequisite condition of the theory of educational administration, and some certain similarities exist between Chinese and western human nature theory in educational administration, and each...
