Moral education in colleges and universities is the main channel of the Lide Shuren in colleges and universities.It is the mission of the times for colleges and universities to spread socialist ideology and cultivate socialist core values through dialogue and dialogue.It is also the central task of moral education in colleges and universities.This paper takes dialogue as the center and closely studies the dialogue moral education in colleges and universities,and sets up a cognitive framework and practical path on dialogue moral education in the new era in terms of the connotation,essence,form,characteristics,elements,and implementation path of dialogue.To build and perfect the theory and practice system of dialogue moral education in the new era.1.The theory generation of dialogue moral education in new era universities.Firstly,it reveals the possibility and necessity of the formation of dialogue moral education by reflecting on the pursuit of "identity" ideological and moral truth and proving the possibility and necessity of ideological and moral dialogue.Secondly,it reveals the necessity and reality of the formation of dialogue moral education based on the exploration and argumentation of the coincident origin of dialogue and moral education and the original appeal of moral education to dialogue.Finally,this paper analyzes the effective conditions of dialogue moral education from two aspects:interactive host-object relationship and communication practice.2.Theoretical Investigation of Dialogue Moral Education in New Age Colleges and Universities.First of all,based on the definition and understanding of the connotation of dialogue moral education in the new era,this paper expounds the basic connotation of dialogue moral education in the new era.Secondly,it reveals the intrinsic nature of dialogue moral education in colleges and universities from three aspects:the ideological interaction on the basis of equality of subjects,the meaning sharing in the generation of two-way understanding,and the depth construction of self-value.Thirdly,the main forms of dialogue and moral education in colleges and universities are revealed from three aspects:dialogue between people and text,dialogue between people and others,and dialogue between people and self.Finally,from the aspects of equality and democracy,openness and interaction,communication and understanding,generation and creativity,reciprocity and sharing,the basic features of dialogue and moral education in the new age colleges and universities are expounded.3.The theoretical resources of dialogue moral education in the new era universities.Firstly,according to the Marxist view of social interaction and the theory of humanism,it reveals the foundation of dialogue and moral education in the new era.At the same time,using Xi Jinping's thought of socialist moral education with Chinese characteristics in the new era and his discussion on dialogue,he provided the theoretical support for Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Secondly,the relevant theories of Western philosophy,especially the theory of inter-subjectivity and the philosophy of dialogue.are used to provide knowledge and theoretical reference for dialogue and moral education in universities.Finally,the Chinese traditional dialogue thoughts represented by Lao Lao Zi,Confucius and Wang Yang Ming are used to make the historical origin of dialogue and moral education in the new era thick.4.The present situation of dialogue moral education in New Age universities.Through the questionnaire and interview survey,it is found that the current dialogue moral education in colleges and universities has achieved certain results,but the problems in the current dialogue moral education in colleges and universities are more prominent.For example,dialogue is not popular,dialogue is formal,dialogue is not deep enough,dialogue methods are simple,dialogue fields are narrow,and dialogue results are not satisfactory.It also reveals the causes of the problems of dialogue moral education in the new era from the aspects of the influence of traditional moral education mode,the lack of equal dialogue relationship,the lack of quality of dialogue between teachers and students,the separation of dialogue content from life,and the unsatisfactory dialogue teaching environment.5.The real need and important value of dialogue moral education in the new era.On the one hand,the dialogue moral education in the new era is to deal with the negative impact of the transformation of the main contradictions in the current college moral education,and to meet the requirements of the "dialogue era" for the traditional indoctrination of moral education model.The need to enhance the affinity and pertinence of moral education in universities in the new era has been proposed and developed.On the other hand,dialogue and moral education in the new era of colleges and universities have the educational value that can enable them to regain their strength,cultivate socialist core values education,enhance students 'subjectivity,and promote the common development of teachers and students.As well as promoting social democracy and social values of social equity and justice and other important values of the times.6.Optimization of basic elements of dialogue and moral education in New Age universities.Firstly,this paper discusses the basic principles of dialogue and moral education in New Age universities from four aspects:inter-subjectivity,people-oriented principle,life world principle,cooperation and sharing,etc..Secondly,it reveals the two dimensions of the goal of dialogue moral education in colleges and universities from two aspects,and determines the basic goal of dialogue moral education in colleges and universities from four aspects;Thirdly,by adhering to the two basic principles of the content design of dialogue moral education and constructing the content oriented towards the world of life,the author designs the content of dialogue moral education in colleges and universities;Finally,we optimize the methods of dialogue and moral education in New Age universities by following the principles of pertinence and people-oriented principles and adopting methods such as heuristic guidance method,consultation law,discussion method,debate method,talk and talk method,and network dialogue method.7.Implementation Path of Dialogue Moral Education in New Age Colleges and Universities.First,to update the guiding concept of dialogue and moral education in the new era,we should establish such concepts as people-oriented and life-oriented,open and democratic,and generation and construction.Secondly,the relationship between teachers and students of moral education dialogue is constructed from the aspects of construction basis,construction direction and construction path.Thirdly,to improve the dialogue literacy of teachers and students from the dimension of cultivating the dialogue consciousness and the ability of dialogue;Fourth,from the space environment,discourse environment and psychological environment to create a quality environment for dialogue;Fifth,from the classroom,life,network and other fields to broaden the dialogue of moral education of the microscopic field;Sixth,from the stage of dialogue preparation,conduct,summing up and reflection to optimize the process of dialogue and moral education;Finally,the evaluation work of dialogue moral education in colleges and universities is strengthened by means of evaluation index design,diversity of evaluation subjects,strengthening process evaluation,and comprehensive application of evaluation methods.In short,based on the actual effect and practical power of dialogue moral education in colleges and universities,we focus on the development of the advantages of dialogue moral education in the new era,and look at college moral education from the perspective of dialogue,breaking through the traditional study of moral education limited to methodology or epistemology.From the perspective of ontology,we regard dialogue as a person's state of existence and way of life,and use dialogue thinking to put forward the academic view of "dialogue in educating people,education in dialogue".On the one hand,it reveals the intrinsic significance of dialogue moral education to the existence and development of human beings.On the other hand,it highlights the significance and value of dialogue moral education to the spiritual construction of human beings,thus revealing the true connotation of dialogue moral education and providing academic basis for exploring the foundation of dialogue moral education.It will open up new ideas for reforming the way of thinking of moral education in colleges and universities.
