The Research On Entrepreneurship Education Of Contemporary College Students

Entrepreneurship is not only the power and source of economic and social development,but also an effective way to create jobs and relieve employment pressure.At present,the employment problem of college students caused by the popularization of higher education makes the entrepreneurial behavior of college students highly concerned by the society.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" has become the development strategy advocated by the state.The state has issued a series of supporting policies to encourage college students to start their own businesses,which set off a wave of entrepreneurship upsurge in the whole society.However,in the social background of diverse interests,multiple values and multidimensional contradictions,the problems of college students in entrepreneurial practice are gradually highlighted,and the success rate of entrepreneurship is very low,so it is urgent to make effective education and value guidance for college students' entrepreneurial practice.College Students' entrepreneurship education focuses on the deep integration of entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education.It has unique discipline characteristics and content structure,and has multiple educational functions such as cultivating college students' entrepreneurship ability,guiding college students to establish good entrepreneurship values,and shaping healthy personality quality.The effect of College Students' entrepreneurship education is directly related to the optimal distribution and rational utilization of national human resources,social progress and economic development,and the quality of higher education personnel training.Carrying out entrepreneurship education for college students with certain effectiveness is an educational process that guides college students to internalize and externalize entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship consciousness and entrepreneurship ability.This is not only the logical premise of carrying out entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,but also the social reality demand of realizing entrepreneurship to promote employment and relieve employment pressure,and also the key to promoting the overall development of college students.In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of national innovation driven strategy,entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities has developed rapidly,and the curriculum,practice platform and system of entrepreneurship education have been gradually established and improved.However,due to the late start of entrepreneurship education in China,the overall atmosphere of social encouragement and support for entrepreneurship is not strong.In the practice of entrepreneurship education for college students,there are still some problems,such as the weak effectiveness of education,the weak coordination guarantee mechanism,the imbalance of curriculum construction and faculty structure,and the weakening of entrepreneurship education function.These problems in reality reflect that the current entrepreneurship education of college students in China has not been integrated into the whole process of talent training and education and teaching in Colleges and universities.It is still in the extension development stage of "state led,market driven,college implementation",and has not formed the connotative development pattern of "overall promotion,coordination and linkage,multidimensional implementation".In the face of the current difficulties of College Students' entrepreneurship education,it is urgent to make a strong response to the national innovation driven development strategy and the deepening of higher education reform,actively explore the system,coordination,efficiency and open development mode of entrepreneurship education in line with the development characteristics of the times,and give full play to the due value of College Students' entrepreneurship education.Facing the aspirations and development trend of College Students' entrepreneurship education,this paper takes the university students who are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship as the research object.Based on the theory of Marx's comprehensive development,Marx's theory of human value,Xi Jinping's thought of "moral education and people cultivation" and the excellent traditional culture of China,we combine qualitative and empirical research methods.This paper analyzes on the current situation of entrepreneurship education of college students,the problems and causes of entrepreneurship education of college students,the value orientation and objective principles of entrepreneurship education of college students,optimizes the practical strategies and methods of entrepreneurship education of college students,and looks forward to the future development of entrepreneurship education of College Students in the new era.The first part is the introduction.The second part is "the theoretical overview of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students".The third part is the analysis of the current situation of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students.The fourth part is "the value orientation and goal principle of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students".The fifth part the new era".This paper,from the standpoint and perspective of Ideological and political education,examines the entrepreneurship education of college students,adheres to comprehensive,systematic and connected thinking,and reveals the development trend and existing problems of entrepreneurship education of college students combined with empirical investigation and analysis.Based on the current situation of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students,this paper puts forward the practical strategies of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students: first,to strengthen the social support of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students,second,to build the field of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students,third,to build the foundation of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students,fourth,to solve the key of entrepreneurship education of contemporary college students,to realize the national society,colleges and families,the students themselves have multidimensional linkage at all levels,comprehensively implement policies and promote in coordination to form a joint force of education.To strengthen the effectiveness of College Students' entrepreneurship education,we need to establish a forward-looking vision and strategic vision,consciously follow the growth law of entrepreneurial talents,the teaching law of entrepreneurship education and the law of market economy development,meet the demands of the times,achieve "plan for the times,move according to the times,advance according to the times",actively explore the optimization path of College Students' entrepreneurship education,and realize the healthy and orderly entrepreneurship education of college students Sustainable development.
