Sports plays an irreplaceable role in improving people's physical quality and health level,enriching people's spiritual and cultural life,and promoting economic and social development.International sports events have stronger social influence,which is conducive to the shaping of national image and an important embodiment of comprehensive national strength.With the increasing of the scale,influence and participants of the events,the variety and quantity of the food required for the events also show a rapid growth trend,which puts forward new challenges to the organizers of the events.Under the conditions of long preparation time,short competition time,large demand and scattered venues,it is necessary to establish a complete food cold chain logistics network to ensure the safety of the events based on the consideration of events safety,logistics cost and operation pressure.Based on the research background of large sports events,this thesis first defines the definition of food cold chain logistics network of large sports events,analyzes its multiple structure,characteristics and interruption risks by building a four-dimensional conceptual model,and then constructs the basic model of food cold chain logistics network of large sports events with multiple commodities and models,and further considers the best storage time of food,so that the model can be upgraded and optimized.At the same time,considering that there may be accidents in the process of the event,which may lead to the risk of logistics interruption,this thesis puts forward a joint optimization model of logistics road repair and distribution,and designs corresponding solutions for the three models.The research contents,methods and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analysis on the mechanism of food cold chain logistics network in large sports events.Through the design of the four-dimensional conceptual model of the logistics network,this thesis analyzes the multiple structure of the network,summarizes the characteristics of the logistics network,draws the logistics network circulation system diagram.The above reveals the operation rules of the food cold chain logistics of events,which not only enriches the research results of event logistics management,but also provides a strong research basis for the construction and optimization of the event logistics network.(2)Considering the problem to construct the food cold chain logistics network model of large sports events with multiple commodities.This thesis discusses the uniqueness of logistics in large sports events.Through problem description and assumption,a multi-food and multi-vehicle model of cold chain logistics network model for sports events is constructed,which considers the impact of multi-commodity,multi-vehicle,classified storage and transportation,and loading and unloading on transportation costs.In order to speed up the efficiency of solution,the model is strengthened,the number of decision variables is reduced,and the restriction of search space is increased.At the same time,the branch and bound algorithm is used to calculate the actual case 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,and the optimal location road is obtained Finally,48 random examples are tested.According to the test results,a possible clustering analysis method is proposed to reduce the data scale of single calculation.The above meets the requirements for the high precision of cost and time for the preparation of the event logistics.By constructing a logistics network model that conforms to the characteristics of the event,it provides a mathematical modeling foundation for the construction of the basic framework of the event logistics network in reality.(3)Considering the optimal storage period of food,the optimization of food cold chain logistics network of large sports events is studied.Considering the optimal storage time of different kinds of cold chain food,and considering the setting of multi-period storage from the perspective of food supply safety,a multi-period,multi-food and multi-vehicle food cold chain logistics network optimization model is designed.The original problem is divided into sub problem and main problem by benders algorithm,and the program solution is carried out by GAMS,and the satisfactory result is obtained in a reasonable time,At the same time,it cannot get the optimal solution in the expected time by directly using CPLEX to test the violent solution,so as to verify the effectiveness of benders algorithm,which has a good practical guiding significance for solving the food safety supply problem of large-scale events(4)Joint optimization of events logistics road repair and distribution considering the risk of disruption.Firstly,this paper makes a specific analysis of the links of the interruption risk,and designs the early warning mechanism of the interruption risk of the logistics network.Secondly,by building a bilevel programming model,the upper layer gives priority to the key roads according to the urgency of road emergency repair,so as to minimize the time to complete the emergency repair plan,and the lower layer minimizes the time to complete the food distribution in all competition areas according to the food demand time of each venues,and uses the variable neighborhood algorithm based on distance matrix to optimize the bilevel programming model.With the goal of minimizing the overall distribution time of the event and the determination of key damaged roads,it has practical
