A Study Of The Problem Of The Logistics Reform

Since the seven years of the logistics socialization reform in the Chinese universities, the marked effect was produced in thought and practice. It has appeared a series of problems with the development of the reform and the reform faces with a new situation now. From the idea of college logistics socialization, this article sums up process of the reform, evaluates its achievement objectively, analyzes the new situation and new tasks, then offers the measures of deepening college logistics socialization.There are four parts in this article.First, the primary idea of the college logistics socialization reform. The college logistics socialization is integrating the college logistics service into the socialist market economy system, which guided by the government and undertaken by the society primarily, and building a logistical system which adapts university needs. The college logistics socialization reform is the inevitably request of the higher education development and the social history progress, which pushed not only by external power of the social development and progress, but also has internal reason. In order to success, the college logistics socialization reform must insist four basic principles.Second, the preliminary achievement and experience of college logistics socialization reform. Approximately, college logistics socialization reform start early and experiences three stages, the development is entering the comprehensive and fortified position now. In the process of the reform, each university has taken the different patterns and obtained the huge achievement and accumulated the rich experience, which will impel reform further development effectively.Third, the existent problems and the new situation of college logistics socialization reform. This chapter argues objectively the problems of the college logistics socialization reform and proposes the present situation and the new duty of the reform simultaneously.Fourth, the strategies of deepening the college logistics socialization reform. This chapter discusses further the countermeasure of deepening the college logistics socialization reform.
