Research On The Guidance Of Friendly Value Among Contemporary College Students

In the new era,to strengthen the education and guidance of values of friendliness,integral part of core socialist values,among college students is indispensable and basic in cultivating and practicing socialist core values.It is also the research subject and requirements of the current ideological and political education of college students.In view of realistic problems emerging in the current social life,the phenomenon of "lack of friendliness","moral indifference" and "moral anomie" of college students have increasingly attracted attention and invoke reflection of the society.In a society with diverse values,through values of friendliness,it provides the criteria and guidance for solving problems of college students' lack of friendliness and even moral anomie.Values of friendliness of college students refers to attitudes,behavior standards and moral qualities in their interpersonal communication and to explore feasible guidance of values of friendliness to solve their puzzles and meet their demand is the urging problem of the times facing college students' ideological and political education and it is a necessity to have the theoretical analysis and a pressing practice to explore.Fundamentally speaking,the guide of values of friendliness of college students in the new era should be based on the goal to cultivate people for,the people to cultivate and the way to cultivate in and it is required to conduct a holistic study and systematic construction.Therefore,the research needs to be explained from aspects of the theoretical origin,status analysis,mechanism,method and so on.For the theoretical origin,from the concept definition and historical investigation of value of friendliness,the author systematically sorted out the thoughts of good and evil of classic Marxist writers,provided the theoretical origin for the development of sinicization of values of friendliness of Marxism,and laid a theoretical foundation for the guidance of values of friendliness of present college students.For status quo analysis,on the basis of the empirical investigation on the current situation of values of friendliness of college students,this paper conducts a comprehensive attribution analysis and root cause exploration on existing problems and difficulties,and then explores methods of the guidance in a forward-looking way.The research is based on the basic requirement ofcolleges' fostering virtue of the new era,and wide attention is paid to both the guidance rule and mechanism analysis of values of friendliness for college students and the practical exploration in innovative ways and mechanism construction,trying to combine the theoretical analysis and solutions proposition.And it is aimed at resolving problems of the "internalization" and "externalization" of values of friendliness,promoting their actual guidance effect.The guidance of values of friendliness is the only way to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating virtuous people,and it is of great value and significance to establish a new model of interpersonal friendly communication.This program requires the guidance carrier and the theoretical education reinforcement,so as to popularize and visualize the discourse of values of friendliness.This project also calls for the establishment of a holistic education system of friendliness,good social norms and regulation systems,and the creation of a good and interactive environment for advocating ethics and doing goods.For the system meaning,when taking guidance of values of friendliness of college students into practice,it should think big and act small and pay attention to the university students' emotional experience of values of friendliness in the daily life,and meanwhile,adhere to the combination of the government lead,school organization,social support,family education and individual conscious quality education of college students,to provide innovative ideas and the synergy effect for guidance of values of friendliness of college students in the new era.
