The Research On The Friendliness Moral Identity Of The College Students

Friendliness is not only an important means of adjusting interpersonal relationship, but also one of the important target of the socialist core values which the whole society to advocate and practice. However, under the condition of socialist market economy, the fierce conflict that caused by the law of the survival of the fittest at the market and the pursuit of personal utility deepens the gap between people, the relationship of trust and friendly between people are wasting away. Particularly for the purposes of contemporary college students, individualism and utilitarianism have had a profound impact on their ideas, which bright a lot of difficulties and challenges for the cultivation and practice of friendliness moral. But, in order to promote the comprehensive development of students' overall quality and cultivate qualified builders of the socialist society, we must strengthen college students" identity on friendliness moral, and make it a friendly inner consciousness, transform into a kind action consciously.This paper, based on the guidance to the Marxist social theory of human relations, interpersonal harmony theory of traditional Chinese Confucianism and the West based on fraternity theory of public value. Based on the 1000 survey on college students, I make a empirical research on the favorite personality of college students" interpersonal communication, the understanding of living kind interpersonal situations and the friendliness rating about the students themselves, and so on. Then, this article analyzes the current situation and come to some conclusion. First of all, some of students" identity of friendliness moral have some misconceptions, such as. assistance and almsgiving; tolerance and connivance; competition and hostility; comity and adaption, and so on. Secondly, some of students have some problems about practicing poor for friendliness moral, for instance, the heart of altruism can't compare with self-interest; kindness has the difference due to the closeness between interpersonal; lacking of initiative friendly attitude and the awareness mercy and comity.This article start from the identity problems of friendliness moral among the student population, analyzing the specific reasons about them, and in the process of searching some solutions to these problems, it were analyzed that the specific elements and important relationships about students'moral identity of friendliness. The proper meaning and specific requirements of friendliness moralities include of respect and tolerance; coordination and cooperation; aid and support; consideration of others and natural care. In the process of enhancing students'moral identity of friendliness, it should be noted that the relationships between several groups. It concluding that the individual rational desire and the reciprocal value choice among collective; the Self-identification and the public awareness of social solidarity; the spirit of Contract Law and the personal experience of Good emotions. Finally, this article discusses some specific ways to enhance students'moral identity of friendliness from the friendliness of moral education in schools; how to create a good interpersonal environment in the community and the personal internalization and practicing for friendliness.
