A Study On Interpersonal Relationship Of College Students From The Perspective Of Friendliness

The core values of socialism embody the spirit of contemporary China and condense the value pursued by all people.The promotion and cultivation of the socialist core values is closely related to the long-term stability of the country,the stability and harmony of the society,and the people's peace and contentment.In essence,core values are a kind of virtue that guides individuals and society,and has guiding significance for personal ethics and interpersonal communication.Friendliness,as a citizen's personal value standard,provides basic compliance and value demonstration for citizens' moral behavior and moral norms.Friendliness is the core of a new socialist relationship in the new era of China,advocating mutual care,mutual respect,mutual assistance,harmony and friendship among people.To cultivate and practice the socialistic view of friendliness is of great significance for college students to establish a harmonious interpersonal relationship,which is more conducive to college students' physical and mental harmony,the development of personality and the establishment of correct value beliefs.Therefore,we should always follow the principles of fineness,small and practical,combining the spiritual essence of the core values with the reality of the growth of college students,infiltrating into the interpersonal communication of college students,and enhancing the actual effect of the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values.It will provide guidance for the cultivation of good interpersonal relationship among college students.In this paper,friendly concept as a guide,combined with Marx's theory and Schutz's theory of communication,interpersonal relationship,three-dimensional theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,focus on interpersonal relationship between college students,following from theory to practice,from macroscopic to microcosmic,from general to concrete by using a variety of methods to discuss.First of all,it explains the theory of the concept of friendly and interpersonal relations,which mainly expounds the concept and connotation of friendly interpersonal relationship and inner relationship;secondly,this paper mainly explains the present situation of college students' interpersonal relations,the three-dimensional psychological needs of college students' interpersonal relations and the causes of the interpersonal relationship problems through panoramic scanning and perspective of contemporary college students' interpersonal relationship;finally,this view expounds the basic strategies of cultivating harmonious interpersonal relationship of college students from three aspects: cognition,emotional experience and internalization,and practice.This paper takes cultivating friendly interpersonal relationship among college students as the research subject to provide references for Contemporary College Students' good interpersonal relationship,so as to promote their growth and success.Meanwhile,it also provides a new path for cultivating and developing the socialist core values.
