Study On Synergetic Development Of Young Football Players Cultivation System In Shanghai

Football has become a national strategy in China,however,comparing with the rapidly developing of world and Asian football,Chinese football is still backward in all aspects.Among them,the lack of young players is very prominent,which is the shortcoming that must be supplemented to revitalize Chinese football.At present,internal incoordination within the system is a serious problem of the young football players cultivation system,which is an important reason to restrict the training effect of reserve talents.According to the view of synergetics,only the cooperation among internal elements can bring about the synergy structure,and then produce the synergy effect.Synergetics belongs to the basic theoretical discipline of System science,whose main value is to explain the internal mechanism of the system from disorder to order,so it is of epistemological and methodological significance to study the young football players cultivation system from the perspective of Synergetics.Shanghai is an advanced area and reform demonstration area of young football players cultivation in China,which has tried a lot of reforms,achieved good results,and accumulated a lot of experience and contradictions,so it is the best experimental field to study the synergetic development of young football players cultivation system in China.Based on Systematics and Synergetics,this paper studies the synergetic development of Shanghai young football players cultivation system by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field research,interview and mathematical statistics.It mainly includes the following four aspects: theoretical analysis and powerful football countries' experience of the synergetic development of young football players cultivation system;mechanism of synergetic development of young football players cultivation system;synergetic development characteristics of Shanghai young football players cultivation system;synergetic development ideas and countermeasures of Shanghai young football players cultivation system.Based on the above research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Synergistic development of young football players cultivation system can be expressed as the following theoretical model: Football culture is the control parameter which has formal or informal,direct or indirect constraints on synergy elements.Football culture not only determines whether synergy elements like or participate in football,but also determines how they participate in football,what kind of synergy structure they form,and what kind of synergy effects they eventually produce.(2)The common experience of football powerful countries shows that synergy effects of young football players cultivation system ultimately benefit from good football culture: Individualism and contractualism derived football and made it develop in the way of autonomy,effectively stimulated the vitality of synergy elements and formed an independent but closely connected internal structure.In the end,football powers achieved good results in competition and professional players training.At the same time,their young players have little employment pressure,and the input-output of the system is relatively high.(3)Cultivation of young football players in Shanghai confirms the theoretical model of synergistic development: Synergy effects is greatly influenced by synergy elements and synergy structure,and the influence of synergy elements is greater than that of synergy structure.Control parameter has a great direct and indirect influence on synergy structure and synergy elements,most of them were generated through the mediation of synergy conditions.Shanghai's synergistic development level is above average,mainly Heter-organizing.The most serious problems of Shanghai are that the system is not open enough and the synergy structure is not good.In addition,Shanghai has formed some characteristics at young football players cultivation,including strong economic foundation,gathering of professional talents,good at reform and innovation,campus football leads China,good at international culture is the curing of root,and the optimization of all dimensions is the curing of symptoms.The optimization ideas and countermeasures of each dimension as follow: Improving the evaluation system of the government,such as minimizing the weight of competition results,increasing the weight of football popularization,cultural cultivation and fields construction.In order to protect the basic interests of players and realize the balance of multi interests,we should improve the registration system,the transfer system and the compensation system.Breaking the administrative division and strengthening the horizontal connection.Speeding up the government' Guanban Fenli to provide a relaxed and orderly environment for the youth training market.Sports subjects should be added into all entrance examination,which can improve the football popularization,weak the view of Zhongwen Qingwu and cultivate health football culture finally.
