Research On Self-Discipline Of Field Spectator

Self-discipline and heteronomy are two main ways to regulate individual behavior.From the perspective of civilization process,heteronomy always develops towards self-discipline.Self-discipline and heteronomy are interdependent,complementary and mutually promoting,so that individual behavior is controlled within the scope of “not exceeding the moment”.With the rapid development of China Basketball Professional League(CBA),the level of professionalization and standardization has been increasing.However,the uncivilized spectators have always been an unharmonious factor.It is an important task of CBA League to cultivate civilized spectators and build civilized stand culture.This paper studied the uncivilized behavior of the spectators and discusses the problem of selfdiscipline,and believes that self-discipline can improve the level of civilization of the field spectators.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative methods were used to study the self-discipline of field spectators: firstly,the concept of field spectator self-discipline was put forward and deconstructed by qualitative research method to build a conceptual model of field spectator self-discipline;secondly,based on the results of qualitative research,the scale of filed spectator self-discipline was compiled and the group differences of field spectator self-discipline were analyzed;thirdly,the network model of field spectator self-discipline was established,and the internal mechanism of field spectator self-discipline was discussed from the perspective of network.The pre cause and post effect model of field spectator self-disciplinewas established by structural equation model(SEM).Finally,the “guidance-consciousness” cultivation mode of field spectator self-discipline was constructed.The results were as follows:(1)The self-discipline of field spectators is a kind of ability that the spectators actively restrain negative behaviors to meet the requirements of the norms when facing the moral situation on the basis of internalizing social norms and stadium norms as their own identification.The self-discipline structure of field spectators included nine categories: normative content cognition,normative value judgment,identity responsibility identification,environment responsibility identification,stadium order responsibility identification,self behavior supervision,self behavior regulation,emotion inhibition and behavior inhibition.The conceptual model of field spectator self-discipline included four dimensions: normative cognition,responsibility identification,self-regulation and impulse inhibition.Normative cognition is the foundation and basis of field spectator self-discipline.Responsibility identification was the process of spectators' internalization of external norms.It was the deepening of normative cognition.It was a state in which spectators highly accept their own responsibilities and endow them with subject significance.Self-regulation and impulse suppression wer two relatively concrete representations of field spectators self-discipline,highlighting the rational characteristics of self-discipline.(2)The self-discipline scale of field spectators consisted of four dimensions: normative cognition,self-regulation,responsibility identification and impulse inhibition.The scale has good reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool to evaluate the self-discipline ability of field spectators.(3)There were significant differences in the gender variables of the filed spectators self-discipline,and the self-discipline ability of the female spectators is higher than that of the male spectators.The data of Bayesian statistics could provide strong evidence for the difference.There were significant differences in the age variables of field spectator self-discipline,and the total score of the field spectator self-discipline scale and the scores of all dimensions show the trend of higher score with age.Bayes statistics shows that in addition to the age difference in the responsibility identification dimension,the age difference in other dimensions and the total score of the scale had obtained strong evidence support.There was a significant difference in occupation variables in the field spectator self-discipline,and in the total scale and the score of each dimension,the score of the student group is high,and had a significant difference with other groups.Gender,age and occupation could explain 16.3% variation of field spectator self-discipline,and the explanatory power of three variables to field spectator self-discipline was respectively: age > gender > occupation.(4)The GLASSO network model of field spectator self-discipline was more consistent with the first-order four factors model of latent variable.The four dimensions were not completely independent.On the contrary,the measurement items of one dimension were more closely related to the measurement items of other dimensions.In addition,the four dimensions played different roles in the network model.Normative cognition and responsibility identification played a key role in the network model,while self-regulation more acted as “mediation”,impulse inhibition was in a subordinate state.There were great differences between male and female self-discipline network models.Male field spectators self-discipline network model was more complex than female,and the interaction between dimensions was more obvious.(5)This paper discusses the antecedent and aftereffect mechanism of field spectator self-discipline,and constructs the antecedent aftereffect model of field spectator self-discipline.Personality(couscientiousness and agreeableness)and moral identity were the antecedent variables of filed spectator self-discipline.Moral identity had moderating effect when personality(couscientiousness and agreeableness)affects stadium spectator self-discipline.Self-efficacy and civilized behavior were outcome of field spectators self-discipline,self-efficacy had intermediary effect in the process of self-discipline promoting civilized behavior.(6)The self-discipline cultivation of filed spectators was a process of consciously cultivating self-discipline ability through specific means.The self-discipline cultivation of field spectators could adopt the “guidance-consciousness” mode,which conformed to the dialectical relationship between self-discipline and heteronomy,as well as the current situation of the self-discipline level of field spectators.In the practical work,we could construct the self-discipline cultivation mode of “guisance-cousciousness” field spectators around the following five aspects: improving the self-discipline consciousness of field spectators,improving the standard system of civilized behaviors of field spectators,establishing the basic management of the self-discipline cultivation of field spectators,making full use of the guiding role of the fans association,and establishing the supervision mechanism of the self-discipline cultivation of field spectators.It was a long-term process to cultivate the self-discipline of field spectators,which required coordination and efforts from all parties to promote the normalization of the cultivation of the self-discipline of field spectators.
