As the second-largest consumption types of tea,oolong tea was the important commodities of the Silk Road,which have had international influence and competitive advantage.The economy has benefiting from tea trade,which also have spreading Chinese culture.Although China is the world' s largest tea producer and consumer,but now be the disadvantageous competitive position in the aspect of tea export market and tea export prices.Enhancing the competitiveness of tea industry becomes a necessary thing.Oolong tea has superior industrial basis,that the place of production is relatively centralized,also has significant regional brand culture and rich category.Such features in accord with the characteristics of competitiveness,which is characterized by multilayer structure.This study will offer considerable reference to oolong tea and tea industry in respect of industrial development and competitiveness.Early research of oolong tea industry mostly focus on the resource endowments and enterprise strength,in the lack of study of tea culture and space factor,which will ignore the cultural factors when evaluate the oolong tea industry competitiveness,that lead to reduce the importance of cultural factors.Insufficient pay attention to space research,will lead to deficiency evaluate the spatial correlation of different counties when assess the competitiveness of oolong tea industrial.Utilized the Diamond Model as the framework,based on the 125 oolong tea main origin County' s data,combined 1270 copies survey questionnaire,used the methods of exploration factor analysis,and structure equation model and space return model,construction oolong tea industry competitiveness evaluation model,make evaluation of oolong tea industry competitiveness.This study assumed that in addition to influenced by natural resources,infrastructure,technical resources,and capital resources,also is affected by the factors of culture and space,which are the important factors of Oolong tea industry competitiveness,also are the spotlight features.According to the hypothesis of this study,selected measured indicators which reflect the competitiveness of oolong tea industry,use deducted the dimension as the main facthe method of exploratory factor analysis,obtained 4 main factors by tors of competitiveness of oolong tea industry.Combined the 4 main factors into 3 main factors,which as the latent variables reflected the oolong tea competitiveness of industrial culture,industrial foundation and the industrial efficiency.Constructed the first-order confirmatory analysis model and the second-order confirmatory analysis model,verify the latent variable effects,to evaluate different oolong tea industry competitiveness.Employed the factors affecting competitiveness of tea iodustry as the independent variable,used the evaluation result of oolong tea industry competitiveness as the dependent variable,make use of inverse distance as the spatial weight,that used spatial regression model to verify the impact of spatial correlation on the industrial competitiveness of oolong tea.The study make the empirical results that competitiveness of industrial culture,industrial foundation and the industrial efficiency have significant impact on the industrial competitiveness of oolong tea.Regional brand,regional network of brand influence of oolong tea make influence of industrial competitiveness through the industrial culture.Production and other factors affecting the competitiveness of oolong tea industry impacted the industrial foundation.Research funding,online sales make influence of oolong tea industry competitiveness by industrial efficiency.Oolong tea industrial competitiveness has significant spatial correlation.The innovations of the study is that use cultural factor as an important variable in the tea industry competitiveness evaluation model,which shine the Diamond Model through modified the adaptability,offered the theoretical and empirical foundations to improve the oolong tea industrial competitiveness by culture.Considered the space as an important factor that influencing the industrial competitiveness of oolong tea,provided a reasonable reference to evaluate the spatial distribution and industry accumulated of oolong tea.
