Research On The Influence Of Producer Services Agglomeration On The Value Chain Upgrading Of Manufacturing Industry In The Yangtze River Economic Belt

“Made in China 2025” proposes the strategic goal of becoming a manufacturing power,the most important of which is to realize the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,accelerate the integration of manufacturing and services,promote the transformation of manufacturing enterprises into manufacturing services,and upgrade the manufacturing value chain.As an important part of China's regional economic development,the Yangtze River Economic Belt's producer services and manufacturing industries account for a large proportion in the country,but there are also problems such as uneven development,and the manufacturing industry is still at the middle and lower end of the value chain.Therefore,to explore the influence of producer services agglomeration on the manufacturing value chain in the Yangtze River Economic Belt can provide theoretical support for promoting the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and provide a new platform for realizing the strategic goal of becoming a manufacturing power.First of all,on the basis of sorting out the mechanism of the influence of the agglomeration of imported producer services and the agglomeration of local producer services on the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain,this paper elaborates the path of the agglomeration of producer services to promote the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain through the economies of scale effect,learning effect,specialization effect and competition effect.Secondly,from two dimensions of time and space analysis of the 2007-2016,the Yangtze river economic belt development of producer services and manufacturing,manufacturing industry and the development of producer services are both rising,but there is a big gap between different regions,the influence of producer services agglomeration manufacturing value chain upgrade to lay a foundation for empirical analysis.Finally,combined with static panel model and panel threshold regression model,the influence of producer services agglomeration on manufacturing value chain upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is investigated.The research conclusions are as follows:With the increasing concentration of producer services,the manufacturing value chain in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is gradually upgrading.The cluster of producer services in the upstream region has the strongest influence on the upgrading of manufacturing value chain,followed by the downstream region,and the middle region has the weakest influence.From the perspective of urban scale,producer services agglomeration in small cities has the strongest influence on the upgrading of manufacturing value chain,followed by large cities and medium-sized cities.From the perspective of producer services,the agglomeration of financial industry has the greatest impact on the upgrading of manufacturing value chain;the agglomeration of scientific research service industry has the greatest impact;the agglomeration of transportation industry and computer information service industry has the least impact;while the agglomeration of commercial and leasing service industry restrains the upgrading of manufacturing value chain.Based on panel threshold regression,it is found that there is a single threshold effect on the impact of producer services agglomeration on the upgrading of manufacturing value chain.Only by constantly improving the concentration level of producer services can we effectively promote the upgrading of manufacturing value chain.Based on the analysis of the development status and empirical results of producer services and manufacturing in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,in order to promote the upgrading of the manufacturing value chain in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the following Suggestions are put forward.Second,we should rationally plan regional economic development and do a good job in industrial transfer and undertaking.Third,we will open up to a higher level and attract imported producer services.Fourth,encourage innovation and development,improve the level of human capital;Fifth,we will improve government functions and create a sound business environment..
