Analysis And Countermeasures On The Impact Of Production And Operation Farmer Cooperatives On Agricultural Development And Farmers' Income

Since the reform and opening up for more than 40 years,the policies of three rural have been adjusted and changed,but the dual operation system which based on the family contract management and the modernization,the key is development of scale operation and foster the subject of novel agricultural management.Farmers' professional co-operatives play an important role which is the most rapid development and the largest number of new agricultural management.Therefore,the farmers' professional co-operatives especially the impact of economic,which are important to promote the development of agricultural modernization,solve the problem of agriculture and farmer and countryside,and build novel of agricultural management main body for the next phase.It provides a more powerful theory support and decision-making basis.Based on the comprehensive systematic review of the existing references and data,this paper explains the connotation and characteristics of the production and operation farmers' cooperatives,and describes the development process and current situation of the production and operation farmer cooperatives.By means of the field investigation and in-depth interviews to heilongjiang province(range),composed of farmers cooperatives(body),agricultural production(reality demand),agricultural modernization(implementation),increasing farmers' income(fundamental purpose)clues,the logical structure of the agricultural modernization and agricultural production and farmers income,the composed the economic impact of farmers' heilongjiang province of agriculture as the research case to produce the cooperative farmer cooperatives as the research object,and the agricultural modernization as the realization mode,and the agricultural production increase as the real demand,and the farmers increase the income as the fundamental purpose.Through the analysis of the influence degree and mechanism of agricultural modernization,agricultural product output and farmers' income by the production and operation farmer cooperatives,this paper puts forward the policy plan and legal measures to promote the orderly and healthy operation of production and operation farmer cooperatives through deepening reform and system innovation,and establishes the linkage mechanism between production and operation farmer cooperatives and agricultural modernization,agricultural production increase and farmer increase,which can play the positive and external effect of production and operation farmer cooperatives.
