| Agriculture is the source of human food and clothing, the basis of survival,is the primary condition of all production,is the basis of national economic and social development, agricultural production and development of our country’s social and economic progress and the entire country’s national economy and people’s livelihood. The "aging" trend of the agricultural labor force has continuously impacted the balanced development of agriculture, making it impossible for farmers to improve their happiness, and the construction of rural society has also stagnated.Agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are all indispensable and closely linked. The three complement each other. In the strategy of "rural revitalization",President Xi Jinping also emphasized the need to pay attention to the development of rural agriculture and attach importance to the basic position of agriculture in the national economy, especially in the production of grain. It is necessary to attach importance to the stable development of agriculture and to the construction of a better new countryside. Therefore, the aging of the agricultural labor force leads to the imbalance in the quality and structure of the rural labor force, which has a certain impact on the production of modern agriculture in China and has also hindered the construction of new rural areas in China. After all,the aging of the agricultural labor force is essentially a loss of agricultural production factors, mainly manifested in increasing age, declining physical strength, low level of education, insufficient ability to learn and receive new skills, and insufficient ability to innovate.Older agricultural Labour has a smaller operating area and less Labour input than younger agricultural labour. However,it is under the efforts of such an aging agricultural labor force that we have achieved the grand goal of "twelve years"increase in our country’s grain. This fact reflects that the aging of the agricultural labor force in China is not a simple and imaginary result. It has a certain influence on the impact of modern agricultural production in China and on the life and construction of rural villagers. Therefore, the author believes that the aging of the agricultural labor force has a very complex and far-reaching impact on the "three peasants",especially on the impact of modern agriculture in China, and we need to carry out further research and in-depth analysis. This paper investigates and visits the agricultural production of farmers in an administrative village in a town of Wuhu City, collects data and data, and understands the status and characteristics of the aging of the local agricultural labor force and the level of agricultural production. This paper analyzes the reasons for the aging of the agricultural labor force, the relationship with agricultural production, and the impact of the aging of the agricultural labor force on agricultural production. The research content is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research purpose, literature review and theoretical perspective, research structure and methods, definition of related concepts, innovation and deficiency, data sources. The second chapter mainly analyzes the status and characteristics of the aging of the agricultural labor force in the area, and makes statistical analysis based on the survey data of agricultural production in an administrative village in a town of Wuhu City.It mainly analyzes the aging degree and characteristics of the local agricultural labor force. The third chapter analyzes the reasons of the aging of the local agricultural labor force based on the "Push-Pull theory".The fourth chapter analyzes the relationship between the aging of the agricultural labor force and the development of modern agriculture and the impact on the development of agriculture. It should be noted that the aging of the agricultural labour force has a negative impact on agricultural development, but its negative effects should not be exaggerated. It should also be seen that it has a certain positive impact in the current specific situation and needs to be treated dialectically.Chapter 5 is the path and method. This part mainly aims at the relationship between the aging of the local agricultural labor force and the development of modern agriculture. It mainly aims to actively respond to the dual urban and rural system reform, deepen the reform of the rural land system, and vigorously cultivate agricultural professional cooperatives and other organizational development. We will cultivate new types of agricultural business entities, increase subsidies for agricultural workers, improve subsidies, increase the comparative advantages of agricultural production, appropriately scale and mechanize agriculture, promote the development of "aging" machinery, and train returning farmers to transform into new types of professional farmers.Strengthen agriculture The training of professional skills and skills of employees, the improvement of social security in rural areas, the promotion of the occupational attractiveness of professional farmers, the improvement of rural infrastructure, the improvement of basic rural services, the introduction of new business owners to optimize the environment and other aspects of the need for breakthrough. |
