Qualitative Simulation Research On Knowledge Sharing Strategy Among Supply Chain Enterprises

In the 21st century,the supply chain is not only logistic chain,but also the knowledge chain.In the current knowledge economy age,knowledge has been the most important strategic resource for enterprises and has an important guiding significance to the technological innovation and permanent development.Now the knowledge management has caught the attention of enterprises.As the core of knowledge management,knowledge sharing has gradually been one of the most important factors in which is used to limit the whole operating performance of supply chain,and it has been the obbligato constituent part.The introduction of knowledge management promotes the complexity of supply chain and knowledge sharing has been the key part for the whole supply chain to handle the complexity and obtain the competitive advantage.For the complexity of competition and cooperation for supply chain is required to promote and the requirements of integration for knowledge resource,it is a new manner to combine the management of supply chain knowledge sharing.The knowledge sharing of supply chain among enterprises has an important significance to promote the whole knowledge level of supply chain and competitive advantage.Therefore many experts begin to focus the study on knowledge sharing of supply chain among enterprises.The core of study is:the writer has researched the strategies of knowledge sharing for supply chain with two points of views and they are respectively for comprehensive strategies of knowledge sharing for supply chain and the motivation strategy.And therefore the revelations of implement management for knowledge sharing are obtained.Specifically they are respectively divided for six aspects:1.This thesis explained the correlation theories of knowledge sharing for supply chain and literature reviews.And it also laid the theoretical foundation to the necessity of topic selection and research.In this thesis,the related connotations of knowledge sharing for supply chain are defined,in which to provide the guidance for the research.And complicated system theory and causal ordering theory are also explained to provide the theory basis.In addition,the writer has made the literature review research with four points of views,they are respectively for knowledge sharing,knowledge sharing of supply chain,qualitative simulation and qualitative simulation of supply chain.All above are used to provide the theory guidance for the necessity of topic selection.2.Adopted rough intensive theory and expert scoring method,the thesis has made reduced the influence factors for knowledge sharing of supply chain and laid theory basis for establishing ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling)of knowledge sharing system for supply chain and MICMAC(Cross Impact Matrix-multiplication Applied to Classification)analysis.According to the literature analysis on the influence factors to knowledge sharing of supply chain,the writer has taken subject of knowledge sharing for supply chain,object of sharing,channel of sharing and sharing situation in total four classes and 32 factors as the rough and intensive object;and also explained the tough intensive theory from three points of views,they are respectively for main thought,feature analysis and method step.According to the rough intensive theory,the write has proved this theory is applicable for the influence factors for knowledge sharing of supply chain.In view of this,with adopting rough intensive theoryand expert scoring method and basing on the scoring data to four classes of factors,the writer made the rough and intensive reduction to the sharing object,objective factor,channel factor and situation factor.Above research has provided theory basis for the following research work.3.The writer established ISM model for knowledge sharing factor of supply chain and confirmed key influence factors for knowledgesharing.Therefore they are used to provide theorysupport to study the comprehensive strategy study and motivation strategy.According to the rough intensive result for influence factors of knowledge sharing,the writer took it as the system factor for knowledge sharing.Based on the ISM model theory and method step,the systematic ISM model for knowledge sharing is established,and the interactional relationship and hierarchy relationship of internal factors are confirmed.All these are the theory basis to make study on comprehensive strategy and motivation strategy for knowledge sharing of supply chain.According to MICMAC analysis and basing on the driving force and dependence of internal factors,the thesis has made the selection to the key factors.According to the selection results,the writer has taken the motivation system,communication frequency,knowledge distance,sharing voluntary,complementary and technical barrier as the system variable to study the comprehensive strategy and motivation strategy,and laid theory basis to the development of qualitative simulation study.4.This thesis has established comprehensive model ofcausation for knowledgesharing and setted QSIM algorithm to limit the filter rule.In addition,the thesis also adopted QSIM(Qualitative Simulation)algorithm as core qualitative theory of differential equation to make the qualitative simulation study for comprehensive strategy of knowledge sharing.This thesis has taken systematic influence factors selected by MICMAC analysis as the system variables to study the strategies;based on the influence relationship and hierarchy relationship of systematic factors confirmed by ISM model,the comprehensive model of causation for knowledge sharing is established;combined with the QSIM algorithm and comprehensive model of causation,and based on the QSIM algorithm limitation filtering rule,the writer designed model of qualitative simulation method;through the simulation example analysis,the qualitative simulation relationship between different comprehensive strategy and performance of knowledge sharing is analyzed,and the comprehensive performance under different strategies of knowledge sharing is disclosed.Summarizing the study results of this chapter,they are divided for three points in detail:(1)Taking improving comprehensive performance of knowledge sharing as guidance,it can be obtained optimal comprehensive strategy,relative optimalcomprehensivestrategy,relative worst and worst comprehensive strategy;(2)Through the comparison of the relatively optimal and worst comprehensive strategy hypotheses,it is concluded that the system variable incentive mechanism in the knowledge sharing comprehensive strategy between supply chain enterprises has greatest influence on the knowledge sharing comprehensive performance,the second does the communication frequency and the least does the knowledge distance;(3)The optimal and relatively optimal comprehensive strategy as well as the worst and relatively worst comprehensive strategy of the knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises are compared and analyzed to find out the main reason for the significant difference between the knowledge sharing comprehensive performance of different comprehensive strategy.In addition,based on the qualitative simulation research of the knowledge sharing comprehensive strategy between supply chain enterprises-the incentive mechanism has the greatest influence on the knowledge sharing comprehensive performance between supply chain enterprises as well as the research result of above MICMAC analysis-the incentive mechanism has the biggest driving force in theknowledge sharing system of the supply chain,it provides the objective basis for the further research of the qualitative simulation of the knowledge sharing incentive strategy between supply chain enterprises.5.This thesis has established the comprehensive model of causation for motivation strategy and designed the qualitative simulation structure,in addition,also adopted qualitative process theory to make the qualitative simulation study on the motivation strategy of knowledge sharing.According to the research objective,it can be seen the motivation system has the biggest influence on the comprehensive performance of knowledge sharing.In order to further explore the influence,the qualitative process theory is adopted to make study on the motivation system on the comprehensive performance of knowledge sharing.Based on the literature,expert set on knowledge,influence relationship of system factors confirmed by ISM model and the hierarchyrelationship,a comprehensive model of causation for motivation strategy is established;also used qualitative process theory and combined comprehensive model of qualitative causation to design the systematic structure of qualitative simulation for motivation strategy;in addition,based on the qualitative relationship between knowledge sharing and comprehensiveperformance,a simulation case study is made with the view of cost and benefit.Summarizing the study result,they are divided for two points in detail:(1)Taking promoting comprehensive performance of knowledge sharing as guidance,and considering the communication frequency and change of knowledge distance,under the above,it can be obtained optimal comprehensive strategy,relative optimalcomprehensivestrategy,relative worst and worst comprehensive strategy;(2)Comparing the benefit of motivation strategy under the same cost,it can be found the main reason for obvious differences of motivation strategy with the same cost.6.According to the study on comprehensive strategy of knowledgesharing and motivation strategy,the write put forward the implementationmanagement inspiration about the strategy of knowledge sharing for supply chain.In summary,the study is based on three study principal lines;firstly,according to the rough intensive theory to influence factor,it has laid the theory basis for the establishment of ISM model and MICMAC analysis;according to the ISM model and MICMAC analysis,it can be obtained the hierarchy relationship for the systematic factors of knowledge sharing,influence relationship and key influence factor.All above are used to provide the theory basis for studying comprehensive strategy and motivation strategy;secondly,this thesis adopted QSIM algorithm as the core qualitative differential equation theory to make the strategy study,it also explored the qualitative simulation relationship between the different comprehensive strategy and comprehensive performance;the qualitative process theory is also used to made motivation strategy,and disclosed the qualitative simulation relationship between motivation strategy and comprehensive performance of knowledge sharing.;thirdly,according to the study on comprehensive strategy and motivation strategy,the writer put forward the implementation management inspiration of knowledge sharing for supply chain.
