From the evolution of health concept,health goal is to pursue a more positive state,a higher level of adaptation and development,as well as the best combination of physical and mental health and happiness.In 2012,WHO indicated that mental health mean that the individual did not have mental illness or metamorphosis,with a perfect personality and fully psychological potential.Mental health attracted many scholars' attention in ancient Greece period,but the real systematic study of mental health began in the 20 th century.Mainly concentrated in large-scale investigation ? standard research and intervention?health service system construction,the research object more focused on teenagers,children or disabilities and special groups.With the diversity psychological claims and the deepening humanistic management of the front-line employee,more and more human resources managers began to pay attention to the staff's mental management,and realized fully the important influences of mental health on production safety?customer satisfaction ? work stability ? corporate culture and even staff's Job performance.It provide a good opportunity to deepen mental health research into organizational environment.Front-line staffs in Petrochemical enterprises of Liaoning?Heilongjiang?Jilin?Tianjin?Shandong?Xinjiang?Qinghai?Hebei?Sichuan were chosen as study sample,the study discussed differences of Mental Health with different characters,the effects of Mental Health on job performance and the mediating role of psychological capital by theory analysis and empirical research.Using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 for statistical analysis of collected data.The main conclusions are :(1)It is significant differences in the mental health level of front-line employees with different ages,educational backgrounds and working types;The front-line employees of petrochemical enterprises with different monthly income had significant differences in Mental Health and consciousness cognition,while there was no difference in emotional cognition and body cognition;There was no difference of mental health in different genders,years and city;(2)Mental health of employees has a positive impact on job performance;(3)Mental health of employees has positive influence on psychological capital;(4)Employees' psychological capital has positive influence on job performance;(5)Psychological capital is partial intermediary in the process of Mental health affecting work performance.According to the research results,when the human resource managers of petrochemical enterprises have fully recognized and identified the harm of psychological problems to the front-line employees,they should establish prevention mechanism of health management in stages;To allocate employees with differentiating characteristics,In order to promote emotional relaxation in informal group,and targeted management strategies according to the position and work types of petrochemical enterprises;Play positive influence of staff's psychological capital,improve self-recognition and Organization love and reduce turnover of the front-line employees;By subdividing the target and using the mental health strategy to promote psychological capital,the job performance is improved through psychological capital,then an organic Mental Health oriented performance improvement system is eventually formed.
