As the world and China economy develop continuously,competition among enterprises is intensifying.Enterprises are facing challenges in all aspects,and the key to win the challenge is the talents.Today,the most energetic employees in the enterprises are new generation of employees,and they appear in every industry every city,playing vital roles.Due to intense competition,organizational pressure from all sides brings them great psychological pressure,and their mental health status gradually decline,while turnover intention increases.And individual emotions also affect the mental health.So,what is the relationship between mental health and turnover intention ? Foreign researchers confirmed the different types of mental health of students have significant differences in attendance,academic self-awareness.Hence,we can speculate that the different mental health workers have also significant differences in the turnover intention,and mental health affect turnover intention.The research method is a combination of theoretical and empirical.First utilize literature review to retrospect the new generation of employees,mental health,turnover intention,mental health two-factor model.Then with the supporting documents,I put up my hypothesis and theoretical model.Then use the questionnaire to collect relevant data and SPSS19.0 for data analysis,verifying whether the assumptions are supported.Finally,come up with some pieces of advice for the enterprises which comes from the mpirical conclusions.Through the analysis of the collected data,the final conclusions are:(1)new generation of employees mental health is generally poor,with higher turnover tendency.(2)The psychological symptoms of the new generation of employees have a significant positive impact on the turnover intention.The higher the symptoms of mental illness,the higher the turnover rate.(3)The life satisfaction of the new generation of employees has a significant negative impact on the turnover intention.The more satisfied with their own lives,do not want to change the status quo,so the lower the tendency to leave.(3)the positive emotions of the new generation of employees have a significant negative impact on the turnover intention.The higher the positive mood,it is not easy to produce turnover tendencies.(4)The negativeemotions of the new generation of employees have a significant positive impact on the turnover intention.The higher the negative emotions,the more likely to produce the idea of leaving.(5)There was a significant difference in the tendency of complete mental health and partial mental health among the new generation staff.Full mental health than part of the health of the turnover of people tend to low.
