Supported by National Science and technology support program(2013BAF02B10)and National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC 51205353),this thesis focus on two topics,one is the data model and dataflow model of multi-source real time data.Another is the event management and Anomaly Identification based on real-time dataflow model?On the basis of the analysis of the production model features and the response strategy to uncertainty under the build to order(BTO)environment,three subtopics were discussed.The first is the final assembly stage process-level scheduling problem of Real-time Supply Chain(RTSC).the second is monitoring spots scheduling problem of make-to-order(MTO)parts.The third is the Replenishment problem of make-to-order(MTS)part?The supply chain real-time monitoring model was proposed.This model can absorb the exception during the execution of supply chain by scheduling and coordination based on real-time data.The methods and theories proposed in this thesis can help the enterprise to response quickly to customer demand and execution exceptions under build-to-order environment with low cost.In the analysis of the basis of the challenges and production patterns automotive supply chain faces,points out BTO is becoming a new mode of production cars,furniture and other orders for manufacturing;after analyzing the plight BTO production model face prison,pointing out real-time supply chain is to achieve its rapid response can make an important,clear the significance of BTO and real-time supply chain integration studies.According to current research BTO production mode,real-time data,real-time supply chain execution,real-time supply chain enable research status,defined the content and organizational framework of this research paper.On the basis of existing real-time reference system architecture based on the proposed architecture of the real-time environment under BTO supply chain.Real-time supply chain is based on real-time data,the core is an association between the data.Characterized massive real-time data are redundant,the data must include the real-time location information,acquisition of the same data in different locations forming a data stream,the data traffic associated with different formation business events.Reference GARCH model time data series,collected,cleaning,transformation and standardization of real-time data to establish the appropriate GARCH model,a data flow model of the same encoded data chronological;ALE formation of real-time supply chain complex events through the business logic associated and the establishment of complex events operation relations.Based on the delay strategy BTO production of products into parts Parts MTS,MTO parts,spare parts for the MTO long period will be divided into MTS and MTO part part,in the assembly,installation MTO try to move parts after the step section.The general assembly process into a simple assembly process,based on the real-time capability information Order process and assembly process needs resources to MTO fitters station as close to the goal-oriented delivery,real-time iterative forming assembly schedule.For MTO parts monitoring point scheduling,supplier,based on the core business share of assembly scheduling information using Lagrange algorithm decomposition and dynamic programming to solve the dual sub-problems to optimize the use of random to be guaranteed an appropriate buffer and ensure on-time delivery schedule.For MTS components,reducing the use of vendors supporting way s to strengthen the stability and security of.supply of lean,and the establishment of mixed integer nonlinear programming replenishment model.Real-time monitoring of the execution of the supply chain,according to the nature of the implementation process anomalies and causal analysis,real-time scheduling and assembling real-time collaboration with suppliers to respond quickly.On-time delivery as the most important scheduling rules,the establishment of a mixed integer programming model for real-time scheduling of assembly,production capacity introduced relaxation factor,given the model Lagrangian relaxation algorithm.For tightly integrated MTO parts suppliers,a collaborative model variable neighborhood search;for MTS component suppliers hierarchical collaborative process loosely coupled,given in response to control and tasking of member enterprises Agent thread expression.
