In the recent several years, The market situation has become complex and volatile. How to improve their core competitiveness, make Rapid response to market, Change the supply chain from the traditional integrated supply chain into Agile Supply Chain has become the questions which Many enterprises have to face. Because different industries, different regions must have different enterprises inevitable situation, there is not a fixed formula can be applied by agile supply chain process.Currently, agile supply chain for the theoretical study has been more mature, These research has laid a good foundation for this paper.This paper aims at the adoption of the theory of Agile Supply Chain Research, on the basis of agile supply chain research results by Predecessors, after analyzing the market and the reality problem of Divission D in Group F, combined our own knowledge and experience with the latest Agile Supply Chain theory, We propose the real-time information system, and improved the original process. we establish an agile supply chain system and put it into practice . We hope that through these improvements to solve Divission D internal agile supply chain problems. This paper is divided into five chapters, the main contents are described below:Chapter 1, Introduction. First, a comprehensive study on the background papers, Topics sources, The target and significance. Second, Introduces the present situation of overseas and domestic research in relative fields, reads the contents of the essay With Divission D realities.Chapter II, Basic theories of agile supply chain. This chapter describes the basic theories of agile supply chain. First, we introduce the theories of agile manufacturing and dynamic alliance, then analyze the characteristics and operation strategies of agile supply chain and the distinction with the traditional supply chain. Finally, we introduces the agile supply chain management;Chapter III, Research on agile supply chain of Divission D in Group F. First, we describe the existing supply chain of Divission D , propose the problems in the existing supply chain, then design and optimize the agile supply chain system as a whole;Chapter IV, Research on real-time information systems basing on the agile supply chain. On the base of first several chapters , we propose that it is urgent to establish a real-time information systems in the process of agile supply chain .With the system needs analysis, system designing for real-time information system and development of real-time information system , we establish a real-time information system—WIP system;Chapter V, Conclusion. This chapter is the conclusion of the full text. We systematically sum up the development process of the system and the deficiencies, then point out the further directions.
