Research On The Influential Mechanism And Behavioral Evolution Of Green Innovation Of Manufacturing Enterprises

With the problems of global warming,oil crisis,water pollution,fog and haze and other environmental problems becoming worsening,the public awareness of environmental protection has become increasing and the global environmental regulation has become increasingly stringent.The manufacturing industry is both the main force of China's national economy and the driving force behind China's industrialization.However,a significant gap is still existing between China's manufacturing industry and the world's advanced level.Especially in the high growth period with the resource consumption and environmental damage,the huge ecological deficit makes China vulnerable to be locked in a low-consumption,high-pollution,low-yield,low-efficiency and low-level development track.With the increasing pressure from the ecological environment and the international community,the environmental problems have been paid much attention by the government of China.As driving forces of sustainable transformation,green innovation is helpful for the realization of the harmonious development of the economy,environment and society.Compared with the traditional technology innovation,green innovation emphasizes the realization of the economic development of the whole society,and the introduction of new systems,products and process to reduce the burden on the environment.In addition,it can also create economic value and competitive advantage for the enterprises with dual externalities.Therefore,the systemic research on the manufacturing enterprises' green innovation has both theoretical and practical significance to promote the industrial structure and the ecological transformation of China's economic.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,this paper defined the related concepts of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises,and constructed the research framework of green innovation's driven mechanism and evolution mechanism of manufacturing enterprises,in accordance with the research framework of proposing,analyzing and solving questions.Based on the systematic summary and study of relative perspectives and theoretical basis,we defined the concept and range of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises,constructed green manufacturing enterprises' conceptual model,and analyzed the relationship among the contents of the research.Secondly,this paper explored the key influential factors of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the grounded theory research method,the influentialfactors of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises were discussed and identified from the institutional level,organizational level and individual level.And we also extracted the seven influential factors and the relationship between them.Thirdly,this paper analyzed the influential mechanism of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises.By defining and organizing the foregoing exploration and recognition about the manufacturing enterprises' green innovation,we synthesized the institutionalism theory,the basic theory of natural resources and the theory of high order system to analyze the influence of three levels of factors on the manufacturing enterprises' green innovation,which included the institutional level,the organizational level and the individual level.Besides,we conducted empirical analysis using regression analysis method.Fourthly,this paper constructed the behavioral evolution models of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises.From the perspective of community ecology,we analyzed the evolution of the connotation and characteristics of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the above,this paper constructed the manufacturing enterprises green innovation collaborative double subject evolution game model based on the evolutionary game theory,and constructed an evolution model for multi-agent based simulation based on knowledge gene,to explore the collaborative process and characteristics of the evolution of green innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Fifthly,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and the status evaluation model of the green innovation of manufacturing enterprises.This paper constructed the evaluation index system of the influential force which could reflect the green innovation characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise from the institutional level,the organizational level and the individual level.Then,we put forward an evaluation method based on the dual semantic combination weighting to construct the green innovation's status evaluation model of the manufacturing enterprises,and Haier Group was selected as the empirical research object to be evaluated and analyzed.Finally,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the institutional level,the organizational level and the individual level,to ensure the green innovation and development according to the research results.
