Research On The Open Innovation Mode Of Manufacturing Green Innovation System Based On Internet

Based on the concept of green development,in order to cope with the change of global manufacturing pattern,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the five strategic objectives of “innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing” should be taken as the focus of the development of China's industrial system.In 2019,the fourth batch of “green demonstration factory” certification was launched in China,which marked the initial development pattern of green products,green factories,green parks and green supply chain in China's manufacturing industry.However,at present,manufacturing industry in China as a whole is still in the middle and low end of the global value chain,there are some problems,such as large but not strong,unbalanced development,relying on extensive development model and so on.In particular,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are still facing the dilemma of weak comprehensive strength and poor green innovation ability.Constructing the manufacturing green innovation system and taking open innovation as the leading green innovation mode will become the key to realizing the green,open and innovative development of manufacturing industry.Nowadays,the development of new information and communication technology,digital technology and artificial intelligence technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the green transformation and upgrading and sustainable development of manufacturing industry in China,and provides new ideas and methods for the construction and implementation of open innovation mode in manufacturing green innovation system.Based on the above background,this paper studies the open innovation mode of manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for building a suitable open innovation mode of manufacturing green innovation system in the dynamic Internet environment and promoting the rapid improvement of the innovation level of manufacturing green innovation system.After reviewing the research results of economic theory,manufacturing green innovation system,and open innovation mode in the Internet environment,this paper discusses the constituent elements,system structure,function and operation process of manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet.This paper analyzes the characteristics and motivation of open innovation of manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet,and clarifies the evolution stage of the system open innovation,establishing the foundation for the construction of the research framework of the open innovation mode of manufacturing green innovation system.Based on the analysis of the evolution mechanism of open innovation of manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet,the characteristics of system open innovation evolution are clarified,the state parameters and decision parameters of open innovation evolution are selected,and the characteristics and evolution laws of each stage of system open innovation evolution are deeply discussed.After further analyzing the five state parameters of complementary resources,knowledge management ability,network capability,information technology ability and policy support,an open innovation evolution order parameter identification system is constructed by using grey relational analysis method.The sample data of 25 manufacturing industries in China from 2011 to 2016 are adopted.Through empirical analysis,it is determined that complementary resources and network capability are the two order parameters that affect the evolution of open innovation of manufacturing green innovation system in China.In the aspect of the construction of open innovation mode of manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet,on the basis of the theory of complex adaptive systems,the digital open green innovation mode is designed and its operation mode is constructed,and the effectiveness of this mode is verified by simulation method.From the point of innovative network integration,the horizontal integration,vertical integration and integrated network open green innovation mode are constructed,and its operation mechanism is deeply studied.The intelligent opengreen innovation mode is designed from four aspects of green R&D,green manufacturing,green marketing mode and green service process of open innovation of manufacturing green innovation system,and its operation mechanism is analyzed.In aspect of the open innovation mode selection and integration of the Internet-based manufacturing green innovation system,the system order degree measurement method and the capacity coupling coefficient mode are used to design the open innovation mode selection and integration method.Based on the sample data of 25 manufacturing industries in China from 2011 to 2016,the evolution stage of open innovation of manufacturing green innovation system in China is judged by empirical analysis,and the corresponding open innovation mode selection and integration strategy are put forward.In the aspect of implementing guarantee strategy of open innovation mode of manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet,on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis and empirical research results,according to the characteristics and operating mechanism of three kinds of open innovation mode of manufacturing green innovation system,the corresponding guarantee strategies are designed respectively,which provides guidance and suggestions for the smooth implementation of open innovation mode of manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet in China.Started with the the evolution mechanism of open innovation in manufacturing green innovation system based on the Internet,this study constructs three open green innovation modes,designs the open green innovation mode selection and integration scheme,and puts forward the guarantee strategy of the implementation of open innovation mode,which is beneficial to enrich the theoretical system of green innovation system and open innovation mode in manufacturing industry,and points out the direction for the green,open and innovative development of China's manufacturing industry.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to promoting the sustainable development of manufacturing green innovation system in China.
