| With the global economic system towards service oriented,service has been an important means to obtain the competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry.As a big manufacturing country in the world,China’s manufacturing industry is in the key position in promoting social progress and promoting economic development.However,China’s manufacturing industry has been continuing the development model of high growth,high emissions and wide investment for a long time.Facing the industrial restructuring situation of weak raw materials,excess capacity and the heavy burden of industrial transformation and upgrading,the development trend is not optimistic.As the micro-subject of manufacturing industry,manufacturing enterprises are the source of extensive economic growth and the direct provider of market products/services.Not only to achieve our own survival and development in the dual pressure of economic crisis and rising domestic labor costs,but also must be actively assume the national energy conservation and emission reduction appeal and shoulder the responsibility of the industrial transformation and upgrading.The realization and promotion of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises will surely play a leading role in China’s current extensive economic growth model,make the manufacturing enterprises embark on the road of new industrialization,promote the upgrading and optimization of the manufacturing industry.Therefore,the paper takes Chinese manufacturing enterprises as the research object,taking identifying the influencing factors of service innovation of manufacturing enterprises as the breakthrough point,and in order to promote the development of service innovation of manufacturing enterprises as the goal.Combined with empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the impact and evolution mechanism of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises,and to provide suggestions for promoting the development of service innovation of manufacturing enterprises in China.Firstly,the paper identifies the theoretical framework of the impact and evolution mechanism of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises.Based on the analysis of the relevant research on service innovation of manufacturing enterprises,and the paper analyzes and compares the theory of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises.Choosing the theory of organizational behavior,service-oriented logic,new institutionalism and extension theory.On the basis of the research context of "introducing questions,analyzing questions and solving problemsn",the paper constructs a theoretical framework for the study of the impact and evolution mechanism of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises,interprets the contents involved,and analyzes the logical relationship between the research contents of each part.Secondly,the paper identifies the factors influencing the service innovation of manufacturing enterprises.Using the method of investigation and interview and grounded theoretical qualitative research,this paper closely fits the situation of service innovation of manufacturing enterprises in China.Following the steps of grounded theory coding process and theoretical saturation test,the paper explores the deep-seated factors of service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,and then refines them into individual level,enterprise level and institutional level,and gives the relationship model.Thirdly,the paper identifies the factors influencing the service innovation of manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of forming mechanism "point",a conceptual model of service innovation impact mechanism in manufacturing enterprises is constructed.Structural equation model and multiple regression method are used to verify the significance of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises from individual level,enterprise level and institutional level.Fourthly,analyzing and verifying the evolution mechanism of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises.From the perspective of organizational ecology,this paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and elements of service innovation evolution of manufacturing enterprises.A theoretical model for the evolution of service innovation in manufacturing enterprises is constructed.Following the logical research of hypothesis proposing and hypothesis validation,the evolutionary game is used to validate the evolutionary process of the three subjects at the individual level,the enterprise level and the institutional level.The paper studies the influence of different levels of inter-agent behavior choice on service innovation evolution decision-making and evolution path of manufacturing enterprises.Fifthly,construction of evaluation system for service innovation development level of manufacturing enterprises.From the individual level,the enterprise level and the system level,this paper constructs the evaluation index system which can effectively reflect the service innovation of manufacturing enterprises.The paper uses DS-SEW-FCE comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model of service innovation of manufacturing enterprises,and selects Haier as the object of evaluation.Finally,put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of the manufacturing enterprise service innovation in China.According to the research results of each part,suggestions on how to promote the service innovation and development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises are put forward from three aspects:individual level,enterprise level and system level. |
