With the establishment of independent innovation strategy and the innovation-oriented national system in our country,the industry-university-research alliance innovation has increasingly been concerned by enterprises,universities,institutes and government agencies.However,there are still some problems on this alliance innovation at present,such as the main innovation status of enterprises is not established,and the efficiency of alliance innovation is still low and so on,based on these backgrounds,it has important theoretical and practical significance to enhance the innovation ability of each micro organization and even the whole country by developing the research on the alliance innovation mechanism.The systems theory has still not been introduced into the industry-university-research alliance innovation in the traditional research until now,and there is also lack of researches on the coupling-interaction among the alliance members.therefore,this paper takes industry-university-research innovation system as the main research object,and makes an important research on the coupling mechanism firstly,and then reveals the evolution mechanism and transmission mechanism between the coupling of innovation system and the ambidexterity innovation of alliance enterprises,thirdly,the paper builds a conceptual model and puts forward some relevant assumptions,and verifies these assumptions used the SEM and hierarchical regression model,and the whole empirical results almost met our expectations.The main research work and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)Develops a research on industry-university-research alliance innovation based on the systems theory,and puts forward the concept and operating mechanism of the industry-university-research innovation system.Because of the importance and existing problems of industry-university-research alliance innovation,the paper puts forward the research on alliance innovation can be based on the systems theory,and further explain the purpose of alliance innovation is to improve the innovation environment and conditions by integrating and allocating the innovation resources from alliance members;And next,the alliance members and these innovation resources can all be seen as the system elements,which can help to effectively carry out the alliance innovation work in an integrated pattern,and it can also help to realize the objectives of alliance innovation more effectively through the integration and coordination of these elements.(2)Implements the research on the industry-university-research innovation system through the introduction of coupling-interaction mechanism,which can promote the cohesion and innovation ability of this system to a certain degree.The effective implementation of alliance innovation should be based on the coupling-interaction among alliance members,and the coupling usually reflects complementation and integration of members,the interaction emphasizes the behavior and the process;And the innovation system can be further divided into four subsystems including physical subsystem,knowledge basis subsystem,management subsystem and cultural value subsystem,it can promote the alliance knowledge sharing and change the innovation behavior of alliance members through the coupling among four subsystems.(3)Builds a conceptual model between the coupling of industry-university-research innovation system and the ambidexterity innovation of alliance enterprises,which can further reveal the evolution mechanism between them.The essence of alliance innovation is to realize the sharing and integration of complementary resources by coordinating the relationship among different alliance members,which can further promote the optimization and allocation of innovation resources,this process reflects the concept of coupling;Based on this,the paper builds a conceptual model between the coupling of industry-university-research innovation system and the ambidexterity innovation of alliance enterprises,and hopes to reveal the evolution mechanism and the transmission mechanism between them.(4)The empirical study indicates that the effect will be more positive on the influence between coupling of the innovation system and the ambidexterity innovation of alliance enterprises with the mediating effect of knowledge sharing and the moderating effect of absorptive capacity.Knowledge sharing plays an intermediary role and absorptive capacity is the moderating variable in the conceptual model based on the theory research,on this basis,combined with the research paradigm of post positivism in the social science,obtains the required data through questionnaire survey,and completes hypothesis verification using SEM and related statistical software,the results show that there is some influence between the coupling of innovation system and the ambidexterity innovation of alliance enterprises,and it is significant on the mediating effect of knowledge sharing and the moderating effect of absorptive capacity.Enlightenment: Firstly,the improvement of alliance cohesion and innovation effective should be based on the matched organization structure and the effective incentives;Secondly,the sharing of knowledge,especially tacit knowledge,usually relies on the perfect rules and regulations and the effective interests mechanism;Thirdly,the selection of alliance partners should pay attention to their cultural background,alliance basis and so on,which can ensure a stronger absorption capacity of the whole alliance;fourthly,enterprises should establish a long-term mechanism for the achievement of breakthrough innovation,and attach importance to the gradual accumulation and preparation on the new breakthrough of innovation through the incremental innovation.
