Remanufacturing is the development model of circular economy arising from the shortage of resources and the intensification of environmental pollution,which is the hot issue of the business community and academia.With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the government's attention to environmental laws and regulations,the recycling of waste products has become an important tool for enterprises to maintain vitality in the market.At the same time,under the background of the "Producer Extension Responsibility System(EPR)" and the implementation of the "China-made 2025" strategy,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the transformation and upgrading of the remanufacturing industry and realize the "intelligent remanufacturing",which is the remanufacturing logistics system Collaborative management based on the concept and technology of the Internet of Things,which covers the whole process of remanufacturing recycling,production,warehousing and distribution.The significance of the paper research includes the following two points: For remanufacturing enterprises,to help them improve the level of information management,improve enterprise remanufacturing efficiency,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in order to obtain better economic benefits.For the remanufacturing industry,to achieve the closed-loop supply chain information,automation,intelligence,service management through the supply and demand real-time docking,resource optimization configuration,equipment,reasonable scheduling,rapid integration of services and other technical means,and to implement the "park + center + business" development model to provide technical support and theoretical basis.For our country,to maximize the use of waste materials to achieve economic development and environmental protection win-win situation,to achieve the establishment of "two-oriented society" strategy through the effective conservation of resources.Based on the related theories and techniques of collaborative management,closed-loop supply chain and Internet of Things,this paper constructs the collaborative management framework and system model of remanufacturing logistics system based on Internet of things.Aiming at the four functional modules of collaborative management,decision management,information management and matching management,focusing on the whole goal of the remanufacturing logistics system collaborative is realized on the basis of recycling coordination,production coordination,inventory coordination and distribution coordination,to thoroughly study the re-manufacturing logistics system collaborative management of the theoretical basis and application practice through the model construction and system Integration based on the Internet of Things.The main contents and innovations of this paper are showed in following four aspects: Firstly,this paper puts forward the functional framework of remanufacturing logistics system,analyzes and defines the management content,function and interaction of each module,and provides supplement and reference for remanufacturing logistics system and information related research and theory.Secondly,this paper proposes a collaborative recovery model,establishes a collaborative recovery decision model,to analyze and compare the effects of MT mode,MR mode and RT mode on the overall benefits of the enterprise and the system in the closed loop logistics system.Thirdly,this paper constructs the overall structure and system model of the remanufacturing logistics system based on the Internet of Things.Based on the quantitative research methods such as structural equation modeling,the corresponding mathematical model of planning and decision-making is established,which provides relevant technical support to realize informationization and intelligentization for remanufacturing logistics management.Fourthly,this paper focus on the re-manufacturing closed-loop logistics system,uses the Internet of things technology and "Internet +" concept,to provide a systematic solution through system integration and integration,for the manufacturing enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing and transformation and upgrading.
