leading.Although China’s basic research has made considerable progress,but compared with the developed countries,the overall strength is still a gap.It mainly shows in two aspects: first,there are fewer major original achievements with international influence;second,the number of world class scientists who leads the scientific trend is still inadequate,and scientists and team training is still inadequate.Creative Research Group,as the frontier innovation team for basic research supported by the National Natural Science Foundation,undertakes the important mission of scientific frontier breakthrough and talent and team training.The key to achieving the expected performance and sustainable development of Creative Research Group as the top scientific research innovation team,upholding the basic research frontiers and personnel training mission,is "deep cooperation".Labor division and reputation are the cornerstones of deep cooperation.The teamwork mechanism of Creative Research Group mainly includes division mechanism and reputation mechanism.The division mechanism is mainly manifested in the complementarity of membership and utility,including the rationality of team structure and the teamwork quality.The reputation mechanism is mainly manifested in the mutual benefit of members and the success of Creative Research Group,including team performance,individual’s success and comprehensive influence.In the actual development of Creative Research Group projects and teams,besides the more significant achievements,the research found that the Creative Research Group has the situations of "anomie of structure" and "inefficient cooperation" through the study of actual investigation and expert scholar evaluation.Some groups failed to form a scientific,reasonable and effective teamwork mechanism,restricting the development of innovation groups.From the perspective of transaction cost theory,the sociology of science theory,team theory,social network theory,using the methods of theoretical reasoning,empirical analysis,case study,scientific metrology and other methods,this paper makes a systematic exploration and research on the organizational nature and governance structure of Creative Research Group,the formation and evolution of cooperation network,the configuration and classification of cooperation network,the influencing factors and mechanism of teamwork mechanism.Open the "black box" of cooperation and development of Creative Research Group,answer questions and recognize the connotation and law,which is the key to improve and enhance the teamwork mechanism of Creative Research Group,helps to achieve reasonable allocation of team resources,effective information and incentive compatibility,and helps to achieve the goal of scientific research progress and talent team training.First of all,the related theoretical foundations of this research are reviewed and summarized,especially the related theories of "Creative Research Group" and "team--teamwork--teamwork mechanism".The concepts of the connotation of Creative Research Group and teamwork mechanism of Creative Research Group are explored and defined.Based on the theoretical integration and research content,the theoretical model and analysis framework of each part of the study are constructed,and the "organizational nature and governance structure--formation and evolution of cooperation network--the configuration and classification of cooperation network--influencing factors of teamwork mechanism" of Creative Research Group as the technical route and research approach is proposed.Secondly,based on the five-dimensional analysis frame of the extended transaction cost governance structure,it is proposed that Creative Research Group is the intermediate organization between "little science" and "big science" organizations,and it’s the scientific research cooperation network organization with strong stability and sustainability.And the ideal governance structure trend is network governance.Subsequently,based on the evolution of scientific community and the theory of team life cycle,the evolution process of the cooperation network of Creative Research Group is summarized as "three stages and two turning points": "invisible college"--go through the “turning point of project approval” to become “research and innovation project team”--after the" turning point of transition” to become “mixed academic community”.In the cooperation network configuration,use knowledge map visual analysis and other scientific metrology methods,it is proposed that the excellent group lattice structure has two forms: “single-nuclear radiation type” and “multi-quasi-nucleus equilibrium type”.There are two cooperation modes of main members: “leading-type leader + follow-type research cadres” and “coordinated leadership + quasi-crystal research cadres”.In the analysis of the influencing factors and mechanism of teamwork mechanism of Creative Research Group,this paper proposes that the deep teamwork mechanism mainly includes the division of labor mechanism and reputation mechanism,and constructs the measurement items and evaluation index system of teamwork mechanism of Creative Research Group,including the rationality of team structure,teamwork quality,teamwork mechanism and success of Creative Research Group and other factors.The empirical research shows that teamwork mechanism is the key mediator and intermediary variable between the teamwork quality,the rationality of team structure and the success of Creative Research Group.The reasonable team structure,and high level teamwork quality,through the transition of good teamwork mechanism,could effectively promote the success of Creative Research Group.Finally,from the perspectives of the organizational nature and governance structure,formation and evolution of cooperation network,configuration and classification of cooperation network,influencing factors of teamwork mechanism of Creative Research Group,this paper gives the promotion strategies and policy advice of teamwork mechanism of Creative Research Group. | |
