Research On The Development Of Fujian Farmer Incubators

Pursuing a rural vitialization and prioritizing the development of agriculture and rural areas are the basic strategies for China in the next 20 to 30 years.The key to vitalize the countryside is the prosperity of the industry,while the combination of modern agricultural technology and production guarantees the industry prosperity.The modern agricultural parks were set up to demonstrate high agricultural technology at the first place.With the development of modern agricultural parks,they have gradually become carriers of comprehensive functions instead of simply demonstrating the technology.Fujian Farmer Incubators are one kind of modern agriculture comprehensive parks.In the process of research,I found the development of different Fujian farmer Incubators are uneven,and then started to think about what the factors affecting the development.Through literature analysis and field investigation,I summarize eight factors of Fujian Farmer Incubators development,that is,the leading industry selection,interest connection methods,infrastructure construction,operation mechanism,e-commerce platform,talent introduction policy,farmer cooperative organizations and financial support.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),combined with the expert opinions,the leading industry selection and interest connection methods have been chosen as the most important and most urgent factors.Regard to the leading industry selection,this paper first established the index system in choosing the leading industry of Fujian Farmer Incubators,in reference of the previous studies.The index includes the demand elasticity coefficient,the industrial output increase rate,location quotient,the proportion of output value,economic driving force,per capita output coefficient,employment absorption rate and the industrial unit area increased rate.Secondly,factor analysis was adopted to analyze various industries.Finally,seven Fujian farmer Incubators were randomly selected as the empirical research objects.Empirical study results showed that the index system could be used for choosing the leading industry in Fujian farmer Incubators,since the study results conformed to the actual situation.On the issue of interest connection problem,multiple logistic regression analysis methods have been adopted to study the influence factors of peasant household and business decisions.Analysis results showed that the level of education,annual per capita income of farmers,fluctuation of the products price,target market,commercialization rate of agricultural products and the scale of agricultural products sold to enterprises have significant impact on peasant household decisions.Besides,types of enterprises,the amount of sales,target market,fluctuation of the products price and the proportion of agricultural products bought from farmers influence enterprise decision.In the end,the paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the development of leading industries and strengthening the interest connection of Fujian farmer Incubators.Choosing the right leading industry is the first step.After the selection,the leading industry was nurtured by designing the leading products,cultivating the enterprises in the park and establishing the prototype of industrialization.Finally,we need to expand the leading industry.Then,this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the interest connection of Fujian Farmer Incubators from the perspective of farmers and enterprises respectively.We could protect farmers' interests from three aspects:protecting farmers' land rights and interests,protecting farmers' rights of development and ensuring the benefits of farmers.We will also support enterprises to make greater effort by implementing policies to support them,creating an enterprise development environment and encouraging enterprise development and innovation.
