Study On The Development Of Farmer Cooperative Economic Organization In Fujian On The Background Of Agricultural Cooperation Between Fujian And Taiwan

The paper took Marxist economics as a guidance and studied the development of Fujian's farmer cooperative economic organizations on the background of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.The paper expanded the main ideas of cooperative economy of the Utopian socialism and the Marxist, and gave an explanation to the formation and the development of farmer cooperative economic organizations with modern economics. After defining the concept, content and main function of farmer cooperative economic organization, the paper discussed the practical significance of developing farmer cooperative economic organizations on the basis of the new countryside construction, increasing agricultural profits and farmers' income. Then the paper compared the development and the main features of farmer cooperative economic organizations between Fujian and Taiwan and summarized the experience in the development of Taiwan's farmer cooperative organizations as a guidance for the development of Fujian's farmer cooperative economic organizations.Combined with the effect to the development of Fujian's rural economy by the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, the paper pointed out that the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan in the promotion to large-scale, specialized division as well as regional distribution and commercialization of agricultural production in Fujian has an contribution to the development of Fujian's farmer cooperative economic organizations, and learning the successful experience of farmer cooperative organizations from Taiwan in the future should be an important part and task of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.As the management of agricultural industrialization is the main form of the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, the paper analyzed the characteristics in the evolutional patterns of Taiwan-funded enterprises associated with Fujian farmers, discussed the possibility and necessity to improve the patterns in agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan by developing Fujian's farmer cooperative economic organizations. From the view of win-win cooperation, the paper analyzed the importance of Fujian's farmer cooperative economic organizations in balancing the relation of interests between Taiwan-funded enterprises and Fujian farmers, and pointed out the basis of deepening agricultural cooperation is to construct the long-term cooperation mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan, which lies on that Fujian farmers can share the results in the development of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Only Fujian farmers can be effectively jointed, the goal of "win-win" between Taiwan-funded enterprises and Fujian farmers in deepening the agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan can be achieved.Based on the above analysis, the paper put forward suggestions to promote the development of Fujian's cooperative economic organizations from the view of function of government, industry foundation and professional training, etc.
