The Huaihe Basin is one of the main grain producing areas in China.In recent years,in the seven major river basins of China,the Huaihe Basin has the highest contribution rate of grain production.It is of great significance to carry out research on corn planting mechanism based on farmers' perspective and improve the grain policy of the main producing areas,which is to improve the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain,promote the structural reform of agricultural supply side,and ensure national food security.Based on the theory of farmer decision-making behavior,the research uses geo-weighted regression and system dynamics to focus on the influencing factors of corn acreage change in the Huaihe Basin and the decision-making mechanism of farmers' corn planting,and to simulate the situation and put forward relevant policy recommendations.The main conclusions are as follows:During the period 1995-2015,the amount of corn planted in the Huaihe Basin increased significantly,and the spatial concentration in the western and central parts of the Huaihe Basin increased.Among them,7 cities including Heze and Shangqiu planted more than 300 thousand hectares of corn,and formed a spatial contiguous pattern;corn cultivation in the areas of Jianghuai,coastal and Xuhuai increased less and partially decreased.In terms of spatial layout,the corn planting concentration area in the Huaihe Basin is suitable for adapting to drought in spring and summer,avoiding the development trend of summer and autumn and high temperature areas in summer.Comprehensive application of rural fixed observation point data and farmer survey data,quantitative analysis of the main influencing factors and mechanism of corn acreage change affecting the basin scale.The impact of the average labor input on the corn planting area has been turned negative;the sales of corn,the area of cultivated land for family management and the proportion of regional machine-farming machine have increased the promotion of corn planting area;the increase of household wage income and the corn planting area are stable.Significant negative correlation.Analyze the impact of farmers' willingness in the Huaihe Basin on future corn planting.Farmers generally believe that land transfer,large-scale production and scientific management are important features of future planting operations.Farmers have the highest willingness to grow corn in hilly mountainous areas;in areas with convenient transportation,near rivers and lakes and in suburban fringe areas,there is a higher willingness to operate new types of ecological agriculture,vegetable greenhouses and orchards.In the suburban fringe,the corn planting subsidy policy significantly affects farmers' willingness to grow corn.For large-scale growers,better policy subsidies can reduce operational risks and greatly increase their willingness to grow corn.The dynamic model of corn planting system based on farmer behavior was constructed,which explained the reasons for the spatial expansion and agglomeration of corn planting in the Huaihe Basin.Compared with other crops,planting corn saves time and labor,which is in line with the labor force in the Huaihe Basin to obtain the intrinsic demand for greater household income.With the continuous outflow of agricultural labor,the per capita operating area has increased,and the land has gradually developed from the decentralized operation of each household to the contiguous operation.The spatial contig has in turn made mechanized planting corn develop.Taking the analysis of farmers' psychological characteristics and selection behavior as the starting point,the farmers' corn planting willingness and its impact on future corn planting were clarified.According to the behavioral differences of planting choices,farmers can be divided into three categories: positive development type(PD),negative farming type(NF)and family support type(FS).The PD type increases corn cultivation under policy subsidies,and once there is a change in alternative crop subsidies,they will change their cultivation strategies and invest in more profitable cash crops.The NF type is more prone to the tendency to not farmer.The original method of planting corn-other crops in a single family will be gradually replaced by a unified management and contiguous farmland.The FS type makes land transfer management decisions under the influence of family stable income,and does not favor the development of scale operation and tends to replace food crops with economic crops.According to the characteristics of farmers' differentiation,put forward policy recommendations: grant policy subsidies for large-scale planting,enhance the ability of large planters to cope with market;improve corn planting technology and management level,provide technical training and financial support for regional economic crops,and promote family livelihood Transformation and upgrading of farmers;innovative land revenue dividend mechanism;strengthening climate and terrain suitability assessment of corn planting.
