The economy of our country is in a sustainable development stage at a medium and high speed: urbanization progress is extending continuously;urban industry instruction and management mode are transforming from extensiveness to intensiveness with the help of network technology and knowledge management;socialized division of labor is becoming more detailed;non-core competitiveness outsourcing of enterprise is increasing;emerging commercial forms,such as E-commerce,gradually cater to people;urban distribution market asks for a brisk demand and however,the bottleneck of terminal logistics,“Last Mile”,becomes more prominent.Theoretical cycle and business community have concerned urban smart distribution system construction,operation and management with social development,detailed labor division,urban transformation.It matters much to promote the modern city quality and operation performance that how to realize the innovation of distribution theory to build scientific urban wisdom distribution system,to optimize urban distribution network and to offer first-class logistics distribution operation and decision-making efficiency under the background of urbanization construction and smart city construction.Based on theories and technologies of Quantitative Analysis,Qualitative Analysis,Structural Equation Model,System Dynamics Theory,Particle Swarm Optimization,Heuristic Algorithm,Game Theory and SVM(support vector machine),this paper attaches importance into studying urban wisdom distribution system into its fundamental structure,operating mechanism,developing measurement as well as evaluation problems.First of all,basic theoretical studies have sorted out the existing fruits and relating theories of urban wisdom distribution system research and have defined the connotation and denotation of urban wisdom distribution system.Secondly,basic structural analysis has mainly made research on key elements,operating system and overall framework of urban wisdom distribution system.Key elements are confirmed and their relevance and promoting mechanism of distribution system are studied by constructing its technical power system,market power system and social power system.Its agility,cooperation,open,security,economy and ecology are demonstrated.Its systematic functions are analyzed and its space envelops and framework form are clarified.Thirdly is the allocation and optimization of key elements.In this part,theories of locating key links,optimizing distribution paths and deploying distribution vehicles are studied.Oriented to realize minimum cost and maximum serviceability of urban wisdom distribution system,primary function optimization model is established.Primary function model of path optimization is established to realize minimum cost under the constraint condition of wisdom distribution.Optimization scheduling model of distribution vehicles in dynamic network is established to realize minimum length of distribution path and maximum satisfactory of distribution service.Fourthly,the research on its operating and decision-making mechanism.With the help of Stackelberg Theory,optimization function model of pricing decentralized decision and centralized decision is established on the instances of production pricing in distribution service and investment of wisdom facilities respectively.Therefore,trajectory model of optimal benefits for suppliers and retailers in technology input gaming is established.What comes finally is the research of its developing measurement.Taking advantages of System Dynamics Theory,this part mainly probes into the relevance and developing maturity evaluation of developing dynamical indicators system in urban wisdom distribution system.Developing dynamical system consisting of 8 latent variables and 25 measurable variables in 3 categories is established.Developing dynamical model and developing maturity model of urban wisdom distribution system are also established.Combined with examples,emulation proof and application evaluation are carried out.There are 3 main innovation points.First is the structure of urban wisdom distribution system.Reasonable structure of urban wisdom distribution system is build according to related research home and abroad and analysis and demonstration of related theories.Second is the operating mechanism of urban wisdom distribution system.Methods such as Optimization Function Model,System Dynamics Theory and Game Theory are adopted to analyze the option and optimization of elements as well as their relevance,promotion and cooperation-competition rules in terms of analyzing the elements in urban wisdom distribution system with its operating mechanism clarified.Third is its developing measurement and evaluation.Evaluation indicators system and model are built under the System Dynamics Theory and Maturity Theory by scale development and questionnaires,and emulation evaluation of urban wisdom distribution system is conducted.
