Statistical Research On The Construction Of Smart City In Liaoning Province

The rapid development of urbanization in China has also brought some inevitable problems,such as traffic congestion,inadequate medical resources and serious environmental pollution,which have not only caused great inconvenience to people's work and life.It also hinders the good and fast development of the urban economy.In order to solve these problems,the "smart city" came into being,and the construction of the "smart city" quickly swept across the country,and all provinces joined this wave.Attempts have been made to address these "urban diseases" by using new generations of information technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing and the Internet.This paper takes the construction of smart city in Liaoning as the research object,and builds the smart city evaluation index system according to the meaning of smart city and four characteristics(smart infrastructure,smart government,smart economy and intelligent people's livelihood).It is divided into two aspects: software and hardware.The hardware includes infrastructure and economy.The software includes government and people's livelihood.Through the descriptive statistical analysis method and the grey correlation analysis method,the vertical comparison analysis of the smart city construction in Liaoning Province from 2013 to 2016 is carried out.Horizontal comparative analysis and grey correlation analysis of Liaoning and Shanghai,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Jilin,Heilongjiang,Hunan and Shanxi provinces,and three factors affecting the construction of smart cities in Liaoning Province The economic development level of Liaoning Province,the emphasis on the construction of smart cities in Liaoning Province,and the investment structure of Liaoning Province.This paper argues that compared with the past,Liaoning Province is becoming more intelligent and intelligent in terms of infrastructure,economy and people's livelihood,and the level of intelligence of the Liaoning provincial government is lower than the level of wisdom in the past.Compared with the other seven regions,Liaoning Province has a medium level of intelligence in terms of infrastructure and people's livelihood,and the level of intelligence of the government and the economy is low.Liaoning Province should focus on building smart cities from four aspects: improving the level ofintelligence of infrastructure,building a smart government,promoting the development of a smart economy,and improving the level of intelligence of residents' lives.
